The home has a heated garage and lots of outdoor space to enjoy your coffee or wine. One bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed. You will also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full washer and dryer can also be found on the main floor next to the rear exit to the patio. On the second floor, you will find an upstairs balcony overlooking the living area that has whimsical decoration and a nomad working space with highspeed internet. Here on the second level is the primary bedroom with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom with full bath. Also, upstairs is the third bathroom and bedroom with two twin beds, and its own private balcony complete with its amazing moonrises.

Best location in the valley
We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this unit and the company taking care of it. The location is superb with impeccable access to bike trails, a pleasant neighborhood walking loop, and less than 20 minutes to multitudes of canyon trails.
There aren’t extra thrills to the place itself but there is decent decorum and while quite bright in all the rooms, there is a closet dark enough for our 18 month old to nap in with a pack n play.
Definitely recommend staying here with or without kids.

Wedding Stay
We had a wonderful stay for our son’s wedding. We shared the home with the bride’s parents and my parents. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for us to cook the majority of our meals together. We were able to walk our dog in the neighborhood as well as on the “lunch loops” just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Get Together
Beautiful property. Dogs loved the fenced yard (me too!) on the cold mornings.
My nephew, wife and 2 teen boys joined us. Had everything we needed to prepare 2 turkeys (teen boys eat a LOT!) and all the fixings. It was wonderful to have a bedroom AND separate baths for both couples and the boys.
Enjoyed the TV with our streaming services so we could see the GB Packers win, and watch sappy Christmas movies. The boys loved the GJ Go Kart track and the drive through CO Monument was breathtaking! Always fun to do wine tastings between Fruita and Palisades.
