Modern Bungalow in Historic Downtown Grand Junction

Located in the heart of downtown Grand Junction's Historic District, this house features the perfect mix of privacy and easy access to amenities. Recently remodeled and featuring several dedicated workspaces, you'll enjoy the covered front and back patios, huge hot tub, and 2-car garage. The primary suite features a steam shower and a large walk-in closet. The gourmet kitchen features tons of counter space and high-end appliances; there is a separate bar with an ice machine. Surround sound throughout the house makes listening to your favorite tunes easy; 3 tv's will keep everyone entertained. There are a total of 5 parking spots surrounding the house, with room for onsite trailer parking as well. There are 3 bedrooms (2 queens/1 king) as well as a large sectional that can sleep 2 additional guests. This home is steps from Main Street, 5 blocks from Stoker Stadium, close to many parks and attractions, 5 min from CMU and very close to the river trail system and Las Colonias Ampitheatre. Downtown Grand Junction is an easy 15 min to Fruita and 15 min to Palisade wine and peach country.

From check-in to check-out, Anna was a wonderful host and the property did not disappoint! The home is absolutely beautiful and in an ideal location for access to downtown and surrounding amenities. The accommodations within the home were amazing and perfect for our group and a long, relaxing weekend getaway for the holidays. Definitely a gem and would highly recommend!

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly want for a friends weekend in Grand Junction. From furnishings to personal products, lovely decor to all the amazing upgrades I wish I could have in my own place, this home has been finished with a designers touch. The hot tub and easy walking proximity to downtown were just the icing on the cake. Anne responded immediately to a small request we had. Before we left, we were looking for the tags on the sheets so we could order some for home! This property is a gem!
