    This three bedroom, three bathroom house is now open for 5 day minimum bookings, with discounts for weekly and monthly length of stays. Family friendly and located on a bluff, known as “the rim”, views overlook the entire Grand Valley. It has solar power and refrigerated air to keep you cool in the summer months. Enjoy views of the Colorado River, the Grand Mesa, Mount Garfield and nightime city lights. Sunsets on the back patio will not disappoint!

    Come and get rest, or work remote in solitude. This house is a rancher (all on one level) with a spacious living room and two dining areas. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Riverfront Trail below. It is .2 miles to the bike path which connects to Fruita/Palisade/Downtown Grand Junction, and to world class mountain bike riding! This house overlooks Connected Lakes State Park, which is easy to walk or bike to.
