This Villa is nestled right on Shadow Mountain Lake and easily has the best view that the town of Grand Lake has to offer. The gorgeous Mt. Baldy is framed by every window in this spectacular home. If you want breathtaking views this is the place to come. Very close to RMNP for killer snowmobiling and just a 20 minute drive to Granby Ranch Ski Resort and about 45 minutes to Winter Park. Close to epic tubing in Fraser. This beautiful home is situated just over 1/2 mile from the town of Grand Lake. This is an easy walk to town along the well maintained and flat dirt road right in front of the house. This home has its own private dock that can easily accommodate any toy you wish to bring. Outdoor firepit just off the water allows you to visit and roast marshmallows as the sun sets over the lake. It wouldn't be surprising to see some amazing wildlife right outside your door.
This luxury villa is built of the finest materials and every room and window highlights the amazing views. A large deck area gives you ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy time as a family and soak up that pure mountain air. The sunken hot tub is professionally cleaned and could not be more perfectly placed. Soak lakeside under a million stars after a hard day of hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, horseback riding, or exploring the town. The gas grill also found on the deck provides the ability to grill even in the coldest of mountain temperatures.

Every detail has been thought of in this high-end mountain villa. The gourmet kitchen has everything you could possibly need to create meals to remember. This kitchen boasts two built-in dishwashers, two built-in refrigerators, double ovens, and a five-burner stovetop. The granite countertops and custom cabinetry only enhance the ambiance. We have tried hard to think of everything you could possibly need to create your family's favorite meal. This kitchen will have space for everyone, with the bartop seating 4, the dining table seating 8, and additional seating out on the deck. In the summer months, there is an old picnic table right by the lake.
Right off the kitchen is a huge great room with majestic ceilings and matching views. This area has a custom stone fireplace to cozy up next to on chilly nights. Huge seating area with 70' flat-screen TV to watch vintage movies, play games, or read a good book.
The House sleeps up to 12 people, but best for only two couples if they are wanting their own private bedroom and bathroom. The third level master has a private deck with a stunning view, king size bed, romantic fireplace, large walk-in shower, and separate large soaking tub. There is an additional huge walk-in closet with a secret entrance to the loft which sleeps four on twin size bunk beds. The loft is sure to be a favorite for the kids. On the first floor, you have a 2nd master sweet with a King size bed and private 3/4 bath. A 3rd guest room has 4 built-in bunk beds and a separate full bathroom across the hall. There is a queen size pullout in the family room. An additional powder bath off the great room on the 2nd floor.
A beautiful laundry room complete with a laundry shoot makes this home unforgettable.

We want this house to be the right fit for you and want to make sure that there is as much clarification as possible to insure that no one is disappointed. This is a 3 story property and we have had reports that the stairs are a bit steep. It is not the best fit for those who have difficulty climbing stairs and or needing wheel chair capacity. Additionally, you do have to go through the master bedroom to access the loft. Guests in the loft will have their own sink and tub but will need to share a toilet with those in the master bedroom.
