Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time in RMNP! We spent three nights at this cabin and it was the perfect size and location for us. We didn't see any wildlife in the yard, but still had a wonderful time here. Would return again.
All five of us plus our two cats had a wonder stay, plenty of room and close proximity to plenty to explore. We would love to be there again and recommend to all.
Our daughter wanted to see snow in Colorado for Christmas. She absolutely got her wish . This was a perfect location for experiencing snow and being close to townfor activities. Definitely would stay here again.
My son turned 17 over the weekend we stayed and we had the perfect stay! It snowed and we saw moose right on the property! The cabin is close to town but still felt like we were nestled in the mountains and could disconnect.
We celebrated our sons 25th birthday with our family! It was a perfect location right by the Rocky National Park! We had a blast, hiking in the Park and playing board games at night! The Grand Lakes Town was a wonderful place to hang out and shop! We loved Sagebrush Restaurant great food choices! Loved the upstairs hang out area with the master bedroom! Definitely a place we would rent again!

Outstanding! Will definitely be back. Perfect location to access park and close to town. Trail Ridge Marina great place to rent a boat and enjoy a day on the lake. Love the house, great for our family to come together. Enjoyed seeing the wild life, moose in the yard everyday, even a mother and baby. Seamless reservation and check in. Perfect vacation home.
Cabin was great! Only thing others might want to know is that bedroom and bathroom #3 are not connected like the other two are. If you have 3 couples might be a small bother but for our two couples couldn’t have been better! Super close to RMNP and cute little town of Grand Lake. Be sure to make timed entry reservations to RMNP. This was perfect time to see leaves beginning to change and to see and hear some real elk action at the park! Thinking of making this an annual trip!
But don’t tell too many people about this great location lol. We don’t want the word to get out.
In all seriousness, we chose the house for the location and it was perfect. The host was kind and accommodated our early check in. We had tons of fun and will be back. The only annoyance is that there is a cleaning fee and yet the guests have to take their trash with them, strip the beds, etc.
We just returned from Grand Lake. We were 6 with our grown children and their spouses. The house was perfect for us. The space was large and clean. We did have an issue with one bathroom sink that would not drain and it was difficult to get hold of the owners, so we couldn't really use that sink. We did see several moose, who ambled through the yard on a few occasions. It was impressive.
My Google Maps took us to a different location but we eventually found the right one. It is a nice cozy cabin. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Nice to have 2 bedrooms on the main level as we had 2 handicapped guests. The upstairs is very nice with a second living room/TV area. Two nice outdoor sitting areas. My only complaint is that after a long day of hiking, I wanted to take a long soaking bath, but the tub drain doesn’t work/hold water, so no bath.

Family Christmas 🎄 2023
Communication with the host was great and even accommodated our early check in. The beds were comfortable and enough room for the family also happy it was pet friendly for our golden retriever Kali. We cooked all meals there and the appliances were clean and worked well. Fully stocked kitchen. This is a remote gem that the entire family enjoyed. We brought games and a puzzle but they were already fully stocked so there was no need.
We will be talking about this vacation for years to come. We visited before Memorial Day - before tourist season - and we were treated to moose in the yard and in the field across from the cabin the entire week. I have never seen so many moose. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. It was clean and we loved the location. Emma was welcoming and responsive. The little nearby town had cute shops and restaurants. Some days we went to Rocky Mountain National Park to hike and other days we just walked around near the cabin. We saw large elk herds multiple times. But oh the moose! I’m an amateur wildlife photographer so this was a dream come true. I’m told the moose aren’t that close once tourists arrive but we were so lucky to experience them up close and personal.
Location is great, many trails and restaurants within short drives. House is comfy and cosy. Cleaniness is in question. Grill was left dirty, outside ashtray was filled with lots of used cigarettes, overflowing lint trap on dryer. No basic toiletries such as body wash, shampoo provided. Also, adding our responsibility to personally drive our trash????? to the facility is definitely not a welcoming chore while on vacation. One of the queen bed upstairs could do with a mattress upgrade. Master bath glass shower door needs some handy work
We have stayed in airB&B on many occasions and we will definitely not rate this as Superhost even though they were quick to respond to text messages. They definitely need a new cleaning crew
