Perfect Family Getaway

This property was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. Danny and Mia were very helpful leading up to the trip and while we were there. Could not have asked for a better place.

Great vacation with family

The hosts were great. They provided plenty of information ahead of our stay. The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 12 easily. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms super, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Main Street shopping and restaurants in Grand Lake was only three minutes away by car. Great place to stay and would stay there again.

Epic snowcation location

This property has it all, whether you're snowed in or going to be out and about. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of games to play. Lovely outdoor patio for hanging out or fire pit in the front. This property has something for everyone. We'll be back.

Great location for snowmobile trip.

Home has a very large driveway that fit 2 trucks and 2 very large trailers, along with 7 snowmobiles. Home is one block from the snowmobile trail. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Host was quick to respond when needed.

What a gem!

Loved the location. The home has everything you could want and it’s a beautiful walk to downtown and to the lake. Highly recommend the home, the hosts were communicative and we had the best time celebrating my husbands birthday here!

Great Getaway

Great place to stay in Grand Lake! Comfortably accommodated 8 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler, & 1 infant. Beds are large and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and plenty of sit space. Host very helpful and prompt in his responses. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for our family get together with adult children and grandchildren.4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms worked perfectly! And the storage area "garage" was perfect for securing bikes, etc.The house has a very well equipped kitchen and a lot of extra things to do for when you're just hanging out. Ceiling fans in every room as well as box fans in the bedrooms keep the house cool even on hot days.Grand Lake area has a lot to do and this house has very easy access to the highway as well as to town.While the setting of the house isn't pretty, the convenient location and general set up of the house more than makes up for it.

Great house

This space is amazing for a big group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the two living spaces are awesome, plus there’s a cute outdoor spot and yard games. No lake views despite being super close to the lake, but it’s just down the street from go karts and a quick drive to anywhere in Grand Lake or Rocky Mountain National Park.

A mountain Refresher

The house was very comfortable with ample bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone was pleased with the convenience. The location is within the village of Grand Lake which offers a small town ambiance with adequate restaurant and shopping. The location is also convenient to Rocky Mt. Natl Park and a plethora of hiking, biking, and fishing opportunities.

Amazing vacation rental! 🤩⛷️

We absolutely loved staying in this spacious vacation rental. The home is within walking distance of town, has plenty room for a large group, it is comfortable / cozy and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating for our group. We will be renting this property again this summer and fall!! It was PERFECT for us!! Thanks again for making our Spring Break ski trip a huge success!! We will be back!! ⛷️❤️🙌🤩

Everything was wonderful. Close to town. And to the lake. Check in was east. Well equipped kitchen Being the handyman my husband is- he replaced the log ends that were missing

Beautiful home that comfortably fits large families.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. It was perfect for large families or groups traveling together. Super close and convenient to downtown Grand Lake too! The beds were comfortable and fans in each room made it very comfortable. Everyone in our group appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the back patio area. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. There are 2 cameras on the exterior that were not mentioned; one above the grill on the back patio and one on the side of the garage.

Great Location in Grand Lake!

Great home in a nice location in beautiful Grand Lake. The home was clean and has an amazing kitchen with plenty of cookware. There were some nice touches that helped - nice fluffy towels, comfortable beds and nice linens, all the light switches labeled. We had 4adults and 4 teens in the home, and they enjoyed the tv's in the bedrooms and the arcade games in the living room. It was nice to have plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Another nice touch was having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each of the bathrooms. Grand Lake was beautiful, a very clean town with easy access to RMNP and other hiking trails, a local beach, and lots of ice cream shops!

Family Fun

Family friendly home. We had 3 toddlers and 1 infant as well as 5 adults and this home fit us very well. It is an open floor plan on the main level so it’s spacious and cozy. Mia allowed us to check in early and was always available when and if we needed her help. We had troubles with the WiFi and she responded immediately and fixed the issue. Took no longer than 5 minutes! My experience with her was a 5 Star! If we visit Grand Lake again we will definitely choose to stay at this property again! Thank you for being such great hosts :)

Fantastic layout & location

Just spent a week at this fabulous rental with family & friends (5 adults, 3 kids). We loved the 2 living/family rooms as it allowed the adults & kids to have their own space for chill out time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed & then some. The outdoor spaces were great for chill-axing. Plus, it was close to town & RMNP, but away from the busy streets. Everything was a 5-star++, except I gave a 4-Star for accuracy of online listing as the VRBO site said fully refundable but the rules sent to me at time of booking indicated otherwise. It didn't end up being an issue but I felt it was a little misleading. We will definitely consider this place for our next trip to Grand Lake, CO.

This is a great getaway spot that’s in a fantastic location! It’s a nice easy walk to the downtown area and the house was beautiful and perfect for hosting a girls trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Lake in this well appointed, spacious home with many gathering spots. The décor is very updated, lot's of bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The home has a big kitchen and large table that sits 10 or more. Great location with easy access to town and lake.

Great for blended family trip

Our immediate family was celebrating our daughter’s graduation from medical residency and was joined by my sister and niece, my daughter’s fiancé and his parents. The space was perfect, with 4 BR’s and 5 baths for some privacy among the groups, but spacious shared space for cooking, enjoying outside and hanging out. Grand Lake had enough going on without being too touristy/crowded. Enjoyed several hikes nearby. Great stay!
