8/10 Very good! (5 reviews)
Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite
multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions, the mattress didn’t have a protector and was stained, there were finger prints and old oil splatter all over the cupboards, walls and stove, the fridge door doesn’t shut, and so on and so forth. Don’t waste your money.

9/10 Wonderful! (199 reviews)
All was wonderful. We had a problem with the concrete curbs. The curb grabbed our bumper and pulled the front end of our bumper off when we had to back out. It has cost us several thousand dollars for the repairs. Otherwise it was a beautiful facility.

8.6/10 Excellent! (40 reviews)
Room was clean and well decorated. Every time I texted with a question or needed something, they responded quickly and accommodated us. The room was great. Exactly like the pic.

"The property was quite rundown. Lots of bugs in our room; flying insects and spiders. Very damp and musty! Noisy as well. We requested early check in to grab a “power nap” before an event only to have loud music blaring through the paper thin walls. Certainly wasn’t worth what we paid for the ..."
