"We very much enjoyed our stay, excellent location, easy access to everything, safe and quiet. Large room, and nicely equipped. Staff was always attentive and helpful and friendly. Grounds were nice and well kept, and I loved walking the beach at low tide and exploring for shells. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was delicious. We will be back!"

"Wonderful staff. Wonderful views. Wonderful omelets! Only wish parents of sick kids would eat in their rooms instead of allowing them to cough all over the common areas while dining. Now we all have the flu! Common courtesy people!!!!"

"We had a great stay during the recent Prosser Balloon Rally. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in the rooms as well. Decent breakfast and a friendly staff. Only odd thing is the entrance to drive into the parking lot is through another parking lot. I was confused at first but got used to it. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Jim’s house is lovely and well appointed! I appreciate the lengths he has gone to in order to be environmentally conscious. He was a gracious host and we appreciated the bottle of wine left on the counter to welcome us. It was a little closer to the interstate than we realized so light sleepers might want earplugs but other than that, it was a great homemade to explore the local wineries! "
