Enjoy a 360 degree stunning view which includes Rattlesnake Mountain, the orchards and vineyards of Benton City, WA, plus the orchards and vineyards of Red Mountain. Interesting wine note: Red Mountain has it's own AVA. Entertain friends on the patio while relaxing in comfortable outdoor chairs. Soak in the beautiful sunsets. Enjoy cooking in a well-stocked kitchen with large spice collection or outside on the BBQ. Kitchen has a conventional oven and stove top as well as a microwave and air-fryer.

Listen to the soothing sound from small pond near the window. Take a stroll and enjoy the desert style landscape viewing sage brush and native plants. Sip your favorite Washington wine on the patio with fantastic view or in front of the wood stove on a cold winter night. Hot tub near the patio is available for guests to relax and enjoy the view.

Every time we are going to vacation in the area, we try to get Jim’s place first. It is right off the highway, near Tri-Cities entertainment and many wineries.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a great home with that was so comfortable to stay to spend away in. It was the best stocked home I've stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen and more was available to use which really made it a home away from home.

March Stay

We stayed with another couple and found the house to be perfect for 2 couples. The place was clean and quiet as well. The best part is that the home is located near the highway and the many wineries! We plan on booking again!

Benton City Beauty

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean home. Close to Richland, but out away enough for privacy. The hot tub was a fun treat. The host was so nice and communicated with us kindly. And a bottle of wine greeted us as we arrived. Lots of room for everyone!

Fantastic stay!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our wine tasting trip to eastern Washington. The house was as described, with everything in good working order and well stocked. I appreciated the comfortable bed in the master bedroom, along with thoughtful touches like extra outlets for plugging in/charging, a welcome gift, the hot tub, and the Roku. Very convenient to many winery locations - Chandler Reach is less than a mile away, Red Mtn about 10 min away, Prosser wineries and tri-city (Richland) wineries about a 15 min drive, Zillah 45 minutes and Walla Walla 70 minutes. We can't wait to start planning our next trip back to WA and staying here again.

Benton City Property

Jim is an excellent host with an immaculate property. Beautiful views right in the center of some of Washington's best wine country. My family and I thoroughly enjoy staying in this home!
