"Cute cottage, awesome location. The host provided everything we needed. The cottage was comfortable and dog friendly. The bathroom door does not latch properly for privacy. I think the price was too expensive. Not sure why the host rate increases per guest."

"We fell in love with this property from the moment we opened the doors. It was perfect for our family. We were supposed to go fishing, but mother nature reared her head and it rained. The lodge was amazing with so much space and areas to relax. There was room for all of us to play games together or break off for pool, shuffle board or ping pong. The covered areas outside were a real blessing with the rain we had. We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for longer than a weekend!"

"Smoke alarm Kept going off in the game Room. No battery for the igniter on the grill. Besides that everything else was amazing. The lake was 5 ft over its banks so it made it almost impossible to get into the water. ac in the bunk beds room isn’t Sufficient. Loved the house though."

"We held a small family reunion at this property. The home was as listed and all the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was available and very nice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants and stores with an easy 30 minute drive to Dallas or Fort Worth."

"We went to Dallas stadium to see Metallica and then to see a Rangers game. Great place to stay and close enough to Uber to everything. Great restaurants very close. Oh and the AC works great!!! Highly recommend!"

"The house was nice enough, but we choose this house for the HEATED POOL in the description. When I questioned about the heated part, I was told they were working on the pool and they'd let me know updates. I was disappointed it might not be heated, but thought the kids probably would be ok with it. Then when they didn't give me an update, I again asked. "We loved this house! It was clean, well equipped and was more than adequate for out group of 5. The neighborhood seemed very nice and quiet. We were only there for a very busy weekend and wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy the spacious back yard. The host was very nice and was very accommodating with her check in and out times as we experienced some unexpected issues that affected our schedule! If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely book this property!"
