"We had a nice room with splendid views of Inverness Castle and overlooking the River Ness. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you are staying in Inverness!"

"The property is on the river Ness, across from Inverness Castle and nearby multiple bars, restaurants, cafes, and a Tesco grocery store. Guest parking is available at no extra charge to guests. Staff are polite, and considerate of guests' needs. We made use of the pool and hot tub during our stay. They have an excellent hotel gym, spa, sauna, and steam room to boot. We would stay again!"

"We have retired for one night in a family luxury room, 317 with bunk beds. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool was lovely, I would say would need a refurb in tiles soon, but was still very enjoyable! Other facilities were fantastic - bar, sauna, spa and steam room. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic so much choice and catered very well for our dietary needs as a gluten free and dairy free person! My little ones were given stickers on arrival at breakfast which was so thoughtful and kind they loved them! "

"Nice room, clean and well presented. But the TV was broken on arrival, someone had tried to rewire it and got the connector the wrong way around. Staff couldn't help as they were not technical and as there was no other rooms available I had to stay there (to be fair they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it). But no water, no fridge, basic tea options. "

"Clean, nice shower, cheerful service and especially the 24-hour food service (not pricey room service), just a menu of food you can get downstairs at any time day or night."
