"Centrally located hotel close to downtown. Did not like that no breakfast for such a high priced hotel. There were no amenities like Kleenex. Rooms were clean except sheets were not the cleanest so overall was a bit disappointed"

"Wasn’t sure what to expect when arriving in the area for the first time. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us at the door and helped us bring our heavy luggage in which then was followed by a very kind person working at the front desk. He answered all our questions and gave us helpful information pertaining to our amenities at the hotel. It was a nice touch when we were offered a cold drink at check-in as well. We definitely recommend this hotel."

"Housekeeping was the best part of our stay. They were very thorough and non intruding. The room was OK, very small. There was no where to sit except in the chair that was behind a desk. There was one bag stand otherwise you were scattering clothes on the floor. There was not a chest to put the clothes. The staff was helpful but acted like they didn't want to be there with the exception with a few (waiters and waitresses) that went out of their way to help. Even though it was our wedding anniversary there was no mention of it even though it had been mentioned by us. We didn't feel like it was worth the $$$'s we spent."
