"I stayed 2 nights in the first night. There was a hip hop party right next to my room and I had to listen to booming base until midnight when I had an important event I was to be at the next morning.
When I tried to check out, they told me that the room I stayed in was not under my name, and she could not give me my $100 incidental fee back, until they did some more research. Scheduling loud music parties until midnight and not even having the room I stayed in under my own name, is certainly bad...
