Weekend wedding/getaway

We enjoyed the property and the proximity to bars/restaurants. We enjoyed the view from the back porch and it is a nice place to relax. We would definitely recommend staying and look forward to booking another stay in the future.

Amazing view, beautifully decorated houseboat, convenient to many restaurants and a great bar, The Jetty! Owners surprised us with a few snacks upon arrival and offered many suggestions for activities.

Romantic getaway

This property was just right for a quick getaway. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, and you can't beat the view. During the stay Maryland experience gusty winds, the property owner was attentive and maintained superb communication. Will rent his property again.

What a wonderful spot.! A group of us stayed on the 2 house boats. My partner and I had the 1 bedroom which was absolutely perfect. Everything is with walking distance! The owners were quick to respond, entrance and exit details were given. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

The houseboat was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. My morning coffee on the porch during sunrise was amazing. Just watching the ducks and boats go by was so peaceful. We were met with pumpkin apple bread which made for a perfect snack before the bay bridge run. The boat was very clean and welcoming. We definitely will stay again!!

Boathouse

We love it! We are senior citizens and the houseboat was the perfect size for us. Easy to get in and out of. Location was great, we walked to all the restaurants and bars. Kirby was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed in the 1B & 1B. Enjoyed having the deck right off of the living area. So much fun watching and waving to the boats going by.

Beautiful Set-up and Great Hosts

The Cass n Reel was a beautifully put together and clean setup. The view off the deck was amazing and it was conveniently located near many restaurants. In addition, the hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. Our only complaint was that we thought the boat was in more of a marina setting rather than a secluded dock at the end of a gravel road industrial storage area.

Trip to remember!

We had an amazing trip to Kent Narrows. The boat house was perfect - clean, cozy, with great views! Loved the balcony. Despite the cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Got to eat delicious seafood at the nearby restaurants, try the amazing cream of crab soup, Maryland crabcakes, & rockfish. Got to see oysters being unloaded from a boat at the nearby coffee shop. We love that the town is on the water. Everywhere you go has a great view. Our visit was only made better by the place we chose to stay! It was a perfect & unique experience. Thank you!

Great End of Summer getaway

My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights in August as we were trying to delay the end of summer. We wanted to get away somewhere private but not have to drive terribly far (it was about a 3 hour drive for us from central, western VA). The house is clean, modern and perfect. Great location within walking distance of a ton of great seafood restaurants. The biggest win is the back deck. We spent the days watching the boats, people ad water go by. It was super relaxing and we will definitely be back. We 100% recommend this place.

Great stay

Great stay even though it rained all day on one of days. Pictures are truly reflective of the accommodations. Kent Narrows is our go to weekend vacation spot. We have stayed previously at the Hilton Garden, but ow will only stay at Cass Away. Booking, communication and checkin were all easy and painless. Number of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Our favorite has always been Bridges for a good meal. Looking for a great spot for drinks and music hit The Jetty or. Big Owls, right next door. If you’re willing to venture out and want excellent Italian try Amalfi in Stevensville. Though we just returned today from our stay,we are already planning our nest visit.

Cass-N-Reel is an amazing, quant get away. The attention to detail is well thought through. Correspondence with the owner is quick and very accurate. The views are priceless. So relaxing watching the water and boats passing by. Lots of yummy food within walking distance! We will definitely be back!
