"Ac / heating units are old and make alot of noise. I was woken up at 430am to what sounded a fire alarm going off. Turns out it was the ac unit on the ceiling. Called down and was offered ear plugs or to change rooma at 430 AM I was able to finally fall back to sleep around 8am. Went down to show them a video of the sounds and where it was coming....i was apologized to and given 1 hour extra to check out at 12 instead of 11...talk about not being aware of how the customer feels. I can care less about the "thank you" for letting them know about the AC... Probably will avoid this hotel moving forward, as i felt like i was not taken care of."

"We enjoy our time at this cabin. It was very clean and all the towels were laid out perfectly for all guests. The kids loved the Hot Tub. Check in was very easy. I would advise for them to fix/upgrade the WiFi. It kept on going on and off the whole time. Both TVs are smart TVs that require the WiFi to work. This may bother other guests a lot more than it did to us. We used our phones as a Hot Spot to get by when it was down. The home being so accommodating and clean made up for WiFi inconvenience."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were many thoughtful touches provided by the owner that made our visit a more relaxing one. The hot tub on the elevated deck was a highlight, as well as the stockpile of available blankets and towels. The scenery in Lake Arrowhead (and on the drive up from L.A.) was something to behold. "Host was amazing. Always returned inquiries in a timely manner and made sure we had everything we needed. House was well equipped with everything you needed with a great kitchen that was well stocked. Decks were beautiful as well. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend it. We will being staying again. "
