"Lovely view over the town and close enough to walk into town. The villa was just the perfect size for our family of four (two teenage girls needing their own space!) The individual air conditioning controls in each bedroom was a welcome bonus! Wi-fi coverage really good in the villa. All beds were very comfortable.When you drive to the property, suggest you put the full address in, not just the postcode, as it covers a residential area with winding little roads and can be a bit difficult to do a U turn. Would definitely book this villa again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful heritage property in Grasse. The setting is truly special, with incredible views, so much character, and a real sense of the history and terroir of the region.It felt like much more than simply a place to stay — it was part of the experience of our family trip through France. Laurance was a gracious host, and the property gave us a memorable and authentic base for our time in Grasse and the Côte d’Azure. A beautiful home in a remarkable setting, and a stay we would happily recommend."

"Das Ferienhaus war ideal, um mit 2 Familien Urlaub zu machen. Es war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. In der ersten Etage gab es 2 Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene und 2 Kinderzimmer, eines davon mit einem Etagenbett. Oben gab es ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette. Dank eines Hauswirtschsftraumes mit Dusche und einem Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss, konnten sich die Familien gut aufteilen.Der Pool war groß und bot einen tollen Ausblick. Ein sehr guter Bäcker war fußläufig erreichbar. Auch eine Tankstelle, eine Pizzeria und ein Supermarkt waren sehr nah gelegen. Dank der Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern war die Hitze im oberen Stockwerk gut ertragbar. Dort gab es auch Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, der dringend notwendig war. Im Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett gab es nur einen Ventilator.Im Erdgeschoss gab es keine Klimaanlage. Die haben wir sehr vermisst.Der Kontakt zum Check-In und Check-Out über Laurene verlief sehr gut. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich bei Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen."

"Das war ein wundervoller Urlaub in dem liebevoll eingerichten Ferienhaus. Viel Platz für alles, sowohl Schatten als auch Sonnenorte. Wundervoller Blick vom Balkon über die Landschaft bis zum Meer.Der Pool bringt Erfrischung und man kann darin schwimmen, da er recht tief und lang genug ist.Als Klimaanlage gab es Ventilatoren. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine liefen einwandfrei, Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann."

"Great villa in a quiet area with fantastic views. Plenty of space and good amenities. The pool is fantastic, and the outdoor areas are great for socialising and eating. I have read reviews saying that walking to the nearest shops, or indeed into Grasse, is doable, but I wouldn't have liked to try it, especially in the heat. It's a steep walk up the narrow road to the villa. Cars are needed, and on-street parking is at a premium pretty much anywhere in the area. There are plenty of multi-storey car parks that are reasonably priced, and I would recommend heading to them when visiting Grasse, Cannes, Nice, etc. Our party had two cars; one had to park in the drive, and the other in the adjacent space beside the villa. However, the space was often occupied by (what I presume to be) a neighbour's car. This wouldn't have been so bad had they not left their car straddling the two spaces allowed in the layby, which meant we sometimes had to search for another space on the hillside. Outside of that, the holiday was great and the villa made for a great base from which to explore."

"The property is stunning - we loved everything about it. From the fabulous infinity pool, uninterrupted view and the tastefully decorated and furnished house. There are so many hidden corners around the garden to relax and for the kids to play. The owners are as charming as the property itself and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it."
