"Positives: The hotel was clean. Breakfast suited 3 of the 4 members of our family. Negatives: The experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was consistently brusque, and the property itself has some awkward layout quirks. The major issue was a prolonged power outage. We returned to the hotel hours after it began and had not been notified in advance. At that point, we were told conditions were unsafe and that we needed to find alternative accommodations. The hotel did not assist with this process in any meaningful way. We had to navigate completely dark hallways with our children, gather our belongings from rooms without power, and carry luggage down stairs multiple flights in the dark to exit the building. Throughout this, staff focused primarily on payment rather than guest safety or support. Communication was inconsistent, and other arriving guests appeared equally confused. Despite the situation, staff pressed for city tax payment before we could leave and later contacted us at our new hotel to pursue immediate payment. The overall handling of the situation felt disorganized and lacking in basic guest care and courtesy. Overall: If everything goes smoothly, this hotel may be fine. But when something goes wrong, the support and responsiveness fall short."

"My only complaint was there were no power sockets at both bedside cabinets which is very unusual as needed for charging phones, cameras etc, had to unplug tv on sideboard opposite bed to use socket and also buy a travel adapter as there was no usb port, there was one thankfully in bathroom for styling tong, bedroom was very dated."

"Great stay for our five nights in Florence. The triple room was very spacious (king bed and a twin for our 4 yr old). The roof top bar was amazing. Having a drink after a long day taking in the view was what we needed. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the duomo and several piazzas. "

"Beautiful hotel in fabulous location - 7 mins walk away from train and most major attractions! Really great hotel - very clean and hospitable. Room is really clean, spacious and bright. We stayed in the two double beds room, which were comfy. Decor is really modern. TV channels are interesting. Everyone is always so happy and eager to help out, esp the front desk staff. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever encountered in our travels. A lot of offerings like croissant, eggs, yogurt, fruits, cereal, etc. The servers Jessica and Ivy are especially sweet, quick and nice to see before we start our days. The cappuccino also rivals those that we pay for outside the hotel. Great comfortable stay overall. They ended our trip by giving us a sweet note and biscotti, which was a nice touch."
