The 120 m² accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, each fully equipped with a box-spring bed for 2 people, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and satellite TV. A cot for children up to 2 years old is available free of charge in one of the rooms. One (1) extra bed for adults is available upon request for an additional fee. Sleeping on the living room couch is strictly prohibited.
The property also features a kitchen with a dining table, a living room, a bathroom, and 2 toilets, as well as a storage room with a washing machine, a freezer, an ironing board, and a clothes rack. An entryway with a coat rack and a terrace with a grill round out the amenities.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
Two (2) free parking spaces are available for guests directly in front of the entrance.
A separate garage is available for bicycles.
The apartment is wheelchair accessible.
The security deposit and tourist tax are to be paid on-site upon arrival.

It takes ten minutes by car to reach the centre of Graz. The public transport stop for Graz is 90 metres from the property. The nearest train station is 3 km away and is also easily accessible by bike. A Billa supermarket is located directly across the street. A restaurant and a butcher shop are 100 metres away. A dry cleaner is directly across the street. A hair salon is 30 metres down the alley.
The Mur Cycle Path is just 100 metres from the accommodation.
Sights in Graz: Schlossberg with its clock tower, Kunsthaus, Murinsel, Zeughaus, Eggenberg Palace, the Old Town, and much more.
You can reach the Red Bull Ring in Zeltweg in 45 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the Austrian Open-Air Museum in Stübing, as well as Rein Abbey and the Maria Straßengel Pilgrimage Church.
This is the perfect starting point for excursions to Riegersburg, the South Styrian Wine Route, the East Styrian Apple Route, or Mariazell. Hike up the Schöckel or visit the Kesselfall Gorge, the Lurgrotte, or the Bärenschützklamm—all easily accessible by car, bike, public transport, or train within the immediate vicinity.
