A historic Sicilian home, all yours. Carefully renovated by the owner, a creative designer, Dimora dei Frati blends original character, period furnishings, and contemporary design. Located in the historic village of Gratteri, in the heart of the Madonie, it's the perfect place to experience authentic and peaceful Sicily, with Cefalù and the sea just a short drive away.



The Space

A historic house of about 260 sqm on three levels, with 3 bedrooms and up to 9 beds. The rooms preserve architectural features and furnishings that tell the story of the Dimora, harmonized with modern comforts. During your stay, there will be no other guests: the house is reserved entirely for you.



Guest Access

You will have exclusive access to the whole house, including the fully equipped professional kitchen. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with fireplace, tables, and seating, perfect for spending time together at any time of day. The three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are distributed between the first and second floors.



The kitchen is for your private use; cleaning the kitchen and washing used dishes are not included and remain your responsibility.



The house is intended for private stays and is not available for parties. Requests for events or special uses can be considered in advance and are subject to approval and a dedicated quote.



Other Things to Note

As a historic building on three floors, some areas retain original architectural features and are not entirely barrier-free. The house is in the village center, where streets are narrow and sometimes sloped. Parking is not private, but there are parking areas nearby. The location and features are part of the charm of staying in a historic Sicilian home.
