"If you are looking for a lovely studio in a walkable area near the airport with a generous breakfast, this is the place for you. BE SURE to coordinate your arrival with your host. DO NOT do what I did: reserve the 3-room apartment and show up at the given address. (The instruction to make prior arrangements if you are arriving after 10:30 pm is completely misleading.). It is an apartment building with no way to get in and no way to contact anyone. We were about to return to Turin to search...

"Very new, very clean, easy to access despite no front desk amenity. Hosts were quickly and helpfully responsive to queries. My host on duty when I arrived saw i had a bicycle and, without my asking, immediately offered to store it for my overnight stay. Very kind and helpful! The rooms are quite small, but fixtures are new and interior is modern. Was the perfect choice for my stay."

"Left to our own devices: a security nightmare. Unfortunately, I must strongly advise against staying at this property; the experience was traumatic and the emergency management was nonexistent. During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. We experienced moments of pure panic, so much so that we considered calling the fire department, fearing we wouldn't be able to get out in an emergency....

"The experience was miserable from start to finish. You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely. Once inside the property is very bare and lacking of any character. Awaiting for you is absolutely nothing, not even a bottle of water. The bedding is pretty terrible and rough and was only provided a sheet, no blankets or comforter. WiFi didn’t work and when I asked the customer...
