"Was close enough to get to Toyota Amp with no issues (actually we got there too soon had to wait in car for a bit). Place was clean - Steven was amazing to communicate with. There were a few glitches (nothing major) which he delt with. Pool area was nice (we however didnt swim as we were out and about a lot). "Quiet country stay conveniently located near Oroville and Chico. Huge lawn surrounded by many different fruit trees available for the picking in season. Informative, friendly, and knowledgeable owners who live on site. One of our very favorite vacation stays. "
