The location is great, but the company running the place is very unorganized. I had to call the night before as the check in details were not sent to me, and when i called they couldnt find my reservation. I had to call expedia to get it all sorted out. You are required to register with clear with your id. Also, when i arrived the door handle wouldnt lock so i had to use the deadbolt all the time. In addition the master shower drain is pretty clogged so a 5 minute shower ended up with an inch of water. Plus the ice maker wasnt working. Contacting landong was even more difficult as they basically have no staff. It took almost 24 hours for someone to respond to me. Door also never got fixed as maintenence responded 4 days after alerting landing and they didnt even fix the issue fully. They jammed a screw into the door catch to make it stick out further, when the issue was the entire door was cracked. I probably will not rent anything through landing again unless there is no other option.

The sisters restaurant next to the lobby was delicious and the young lady was probably the best hospitality I’ve had, super welcoming sweet, and attentive. The rooms were so gorg! Lives the rooftop as well

We did not have AC the entire stay. The room was unpleasant because of the heat. We weren't able to enjoy our city view because we had to keep the curtains close to try and keep the room from not being hot

The staff was helpful, and everything was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable too! Overall, I would say we had a good experience. However, the only issue I encountered was when my husband and I came back on a Saturday night around 10 something and there was loud music coming from one of the meeting rooms on the first floor. It was so loud, that it was shaking and reverberating the walls of the first floor as we walked to the stairs. Also, there appeared to be a bouncer outside, and I think I may have smelled weed. While it stopped at 11pm, it definitely took away from the overall experience. This is why I give it a four-star review.
