Bathtub faucet leaked — from entrance to room I could hear the water leaking from the tub faucet; the room smelled musty, the bathtub had stains in it and I felt I could not shower in something so unkept

Basic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morning
