"Really interesting to stay in a pod. Not for everyone, but worked for us. I didn't like the entry system with the qr codes and all the different websites and apps you have to use. Could be made a lot simpler/more straightforward. Will probably stay again now that we know how it works."

"The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a convenient location close to restaurants and walking distance to Hyde Park and other attractions. The only negative, was long wait got the elevator as only one was working during our stay."

"Located just outside the airport, walking distance. Breakfast was great and lots of options. But the restaurant menu at dinner, I was disappointed with the portion, I ordered seabass fillet after a long travel for dinner and it was just a small part of the fish, 4 stems of broccolinnie, and a lemon, thats it for 23pounds, if you are hungry and hoping to get your fill, order something else as we ended up ordering pizza as well. which was good. Cleanliness - carpet in the hallway has few visible stains and some dusty parts the room but the amenities are great! Nice shower supplies, hair dryer, coffee maker and coffee/tea available in the room. Bed is very comfortable. Room is nice overall. The staff are nice and warm."

"Lovely staff we came across; check in staff, concierge, luggage facilities. The check in staff were particularly helpful and upgraded us to a studio room. The bed was really comfortable, the room quiet with excellent amenities. When we checked out the member of staff was particularly helpful looking to see if a travel card I had lost had been recorded as found on the system or in the back office. The night staff were more dismissive. Will definitely return."

"Nice not having to use a booking number but just using your name. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Excellent location for theatres and excellent restaurants. Very useful to be able to store your case before you actually book in and all day after you book out."
