"The hotel lobby is gorgeous and staff are very nice and friendly. Check in was easy and fast. The one thing I would note is its such a gorgeous historic building and then the rooms are so bare, all white walls, gray flooring, beige hallways. It actually is depressing how little thought, art and design went into furnishing the rooms, Felt like a hospital and was extremely disappointing given how playful and fun the lobby and bars all are. Hotels--please stop putting little to no effort and beige-ing the hotel rooms. Give us history, give us life, give us color, and at the very least give these rooms some consideration!"
