"Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here."

"We have a short stay and very walkable to downtown!"

"Very nice place for a relaxing getaway"

"House was clean and well stocked for our stay. Being an older home it was a little loud with passing traffic and the stairs creaked very loud when climbing them. Overall a nice place to stay near the Falls."

"Great place to stay, kids loved watching the animals come up to eat and going down by the river. I will say if you younger kids, keep an eye on them, the water is moving fast. Mine are older so didnt have to worry to much. Comfy, clean place with no issues."

"Beautiful amazingly cared for peaceful river retreat."
