Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. "

"The western view of the Rockies one could not ask for more. The hidden gem of the amazing coffee shop on the main floor was a definite plus. The rooms did lack the microwave and fridge that we have all become used to. It was easy to link up to my Nerflix, Disney, etc. But overall it was a winner."
