"The property was good beds comfy we were there to catch-up with friends so only really used it to sleep in . Felt the place was clean but towels smelt of damp & dishes towel smelt really bed .when we came in front door smelt a bit damp think it was coming from drying room & went up stairs there was a smell of cooking & bathrooms wee bit damp smell as well just feel the place need a bit of a deep clean just to make it smell a bit fresher ."

Despite being attached to the Golden Jubilee Hospital, the outlook was beautiful- with the hills at the front, and the river and gardens at the back. The bar had a pool table, shuffle boards and other games. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Will definitely be staying again."
