"Miss advertising of the room which we were very unhappy about as this was for our wedding day and wedding night. It took looking at 3 rooms and none were the one we booked. Good breakfast with very pleasant staff looking after us. Window cleaner cleaning the windows at 7.30am. Tv turned itself on in the middle of the night. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. We did take the bin to be emptied and asked for more tea/coffee which they went and got us and very friendly. Would I stay again or recommend this hotel NO I wouldn’t "

"we had a suite room and it was beautiful with amazing views, the only thing to let it down was the pillows they was so big and hard we didn't sleep, spa was nice we did the mud treatment and that was very fun, it is very dated and needs some new paint work in the spa but apart from that is was lovely. They could not explain why they had done this, I find that very strange, I was not checking out that day.
