"My family and I recently stayed here due to home renovations and as first timers at this hotel it was a very good and comfortable experience. The staff is so friendly and understanding. Everyday when we went down they always greeted us and asked us about our day especially the receptionist Valeria? I believe !!! She’s super nice and didn’t make us feel any way other than comfortable! She always talked to us with genuine interest ! As for everything else the rooms were so nice and comfortable! The housekeepers were always nice when we asked for stuff and very understanding of the “privacy please” sign we had due to us having cats in the room. The rooms are quite spacious and have a kitchen area !! Definitely would recommend going here (:! The only “ downside” is the parking and having one entrance and elevator but it’s minor because it’s only for renovations that the other elevator is closed! The parking is quite a lot it’s just a little walk to the main entrance so nothing too severe !(: "

"The reception staff was very friendly, the security was 10/10, and the price was great. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower water felt incredibly soapy; I thought my husband was joking, but he wasn't. I don't know what's in the shower water, but it feels like soap, and because of that, my husband had an itchy rash all over his body and couldn't sleep. We thought it was the bed, but I think it was the water."
