"From the moment we arrived until the morning we left, this resort was spectacular! The front desk staff was gracious and warm, the serving staff always ready to refresh your drink or ask if you needed anything. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Every morning we watched them use a string line everything up perfectly (much to my OCD delight)! The beaches were paradise on earth! The food was amazing, we only enjoyed the Buffet but there was so much variety we had no reason to try the restaurants. I am gluten free and had no problems finding a full plate. I would come back again and again! 15/10 would definitely recommend!"

"I loved everything about my stay! My room, customer service/room service, bartenders, housekeeping just everyone! I have no complaints and will certainly be back. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the resort and that’s exactly what I did. So peaceful and nice. Thank you Excellence so much for a wonderful trip. Book the swim up you won’t regret it! I only tried two of the restaurants the food was good but it’s so many more and things to do including entertainment and sports facilities! "
