"The entire staff here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Our butler Alvero was excellent, always with a smile on his face! Anything we needed, he made it happen! Service was fantastic!!!! Food and drinks not the best. However, great coffee shop and entertainment staff. Rooftop room was nice, we enjoyed it and thought it was worth it, we had a great vacation. Loved the pools but the beach has too much seaweed so we couldn’t swim which was a little disappointing but overall great resort! Recommend!!"

"The staff was very kind, courteous, and friendly. We frequently dealt with Bellman Carlos and bartender/server Ramon who were awesome to speak with. The property location was interesting because despite the clouds over the relatively close rainforest, the sun consistently found itself over the property. Conveniently located near popular local business and locations. Would definitely visit again. One small takeaway was we might have asked for a different room when we arrived - we found some undesirable spots in the room. This didn’t take much away from our overall experience. "
