"I was nervous based off other reviews I have read, but we had a great time here! We were three couples traveling together and had a lot of fun. Rooms were nice, hotel grounds are beautiful! A nice surprise was we got a butler, Christian, who was amazing!!! He booked every reservation for dinner for us-he made our trip seamless and very easy! Beach was nice, yes there is seaweed for the time of year but it’s not bad as they clean it up! No issues with staff, they were all very kind! When they overheard it was my birthday at breakfast they started singing to me and brought out an entire cake (that was delicious!) The food was good, I would give it an 8/10 overall. Some limited options for breakfast and lunch buffets but can not comment on dinner buffet, as we had a reservation for dinner ever night. We ate at the steakhouse, KOI, la palapa (Italian), and the gourmet restaurant (French) Highly recommend KOI, we had the teppanyaki and sushi which were both delicious! The gourmet restaurant was also really good, I got the seabass which was delicious! However, overall the proteins are usually overcooked. Still tastes good though. ALSO yes there are resort kitties AND beach dogs.. it is clear the cats are well taken care of at resort but the dogs definitely need some water and food so bring treats!!!"

"The rooms were amazing! I wasn’t expecting the unique setup of one main door leading to two separate apartment-style suites, but I actually loved the design. Once you enter, there is a shared laundry area, and then each villa has its own private space. My one-bedroom villa had everything I needed, including a full refrigerator, living room, bedroom, and all the essentials you would expect in an apartment. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy. The shower was amazing—the water stayed hot and the water pressure was great! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and it made the experience even more special. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!"

"This is our third straight year staying at the fairmont. Staff never disappoint!!! Always feel welcomed. The cleaning crew does a beautiful job, even when they see us come out of the room and the do not disturb sign is hanging on the door, they offer us fresh towels and bath accessories. I wish I could give everyone 10 stars rating."
