"This was our 2nd visit. Grounds are well kept , lots of free parking, right off the highway. Clean room, no frills, but all you need. AC worked great. My hair dryer didnt work but front desk gave me one to use, so all was good. Small fridge and microwave in the room. You can smell the bleach when you open the room door, so its definitely clean. Free coffee, tea and muffins at breakfast time. Gym on the main floor. Only 4 floors..there is an elevator. Check in and out was quick amd easy. All in all a great stay. "

"We stayed at the Strata in Kingston for 3 nights in June 2024 and were pleasantly surprised. The exterior is very unassuming ( in a strip mall), but the lobby and the room were bright, modern, comfortable and clean. A limited breakfast menu but the price was right. It’s close to downtown , Amherstview, the train station and not too far from the 401. We will stay again next time we’re headed east.g"

"The hotel is on the waterfront and in walking distance to most tourist places. Parking was a little tight in some areas but very convenient. The hotel was modern and comfortable and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was good with a reasonable choice for dinner. A good place to stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay. A simple motel, the rooms are small but everything is clean and tidy. Convient location on Napanee main road, with ample parking spots including for trailers. A small pool for cooling off, and a lawn with tables and few kids swings. Allowed for a nice place for the kids to run around and play. "
