"We stayed at the house for a week with a group of 9 friends. The house itself was great! We were kindly welcomed by Jean Pierre who gave us some great tips on what to do in the area. The ruins of Donzy are nice to visit, and the hilly region is beautiful to walk through. Otherwise there is little to do for tourists in Panissières itself, it's just a regular French village. The bathrooms really need work. We had constant issues with the valves in the bathrooms. There are not enough electrical outlets and there is poor storage. "Nous avons apprécié la maison, moderne, bien équipée, entourée d'un vaste terrain permettant de s'isoler pour lire. Il est possible d'y séjourner avec une grande famille tout en conservant une intimité. "We had a wonderful stay at this holiday rental (1 year old) just outside Lyon. The property was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to extra linens and toiletries. It felt like a true home away from home. The house is modern and equipped with AC units in every single room. "Dejligt hus, lækker pool med dejlig terrasse. God mulighed for at lave mad og meget veludstyret køkken. Vi manglede dog grydelapper. Der er 4 værelser, 2 badeværelser og 1 toilet på 1.sal og 1 toilet i stue plan. Der var store badehåndklæder, men ikke små håndklæder, viskestykker og karklude- dette havde vi heldigvis selv med. Det var nemt at tage offentlig transport ind til Lyon. Alt i alt et besøg værd, kan kun anbefales."

"Disappointed in the house, not what we had thought we were renting, A/C was hardly working in 36 degrees!. One of the bedrooms had a sofa bed, no air at all, could not open it. Washing machine not working, Oven not working and other things as well. Swimming pool was fine and as described, cleaned once we were there. Owner was informed and tried to get everything repaired while we were there, after4/5 days. We would not rent this property again."

"This ticked all the boxes for what we wanted: big garden, private pool, lots of space and near Lyon Old Town. But the property is much more tired than the photos give away, and I don't recall the listing saying that the garden backed onto a busy main road so the garden and pool were not nearly as tranquil as we were hoping."
