I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Santorini. The location is perfect, next to the bus station, 3 minutes walk to the beach and many dinner options right around the hotel. With the bus you have easy and cheap access to Fira, Oia etc. the airport is also only 10min away by car. The best of the hotel is by far the staff. The ladies at the reception Mina and I unfortunately forgot the other girls name, are very helpful and friendly at all times. Mina even prepared a little birthday surprise for my friend. Also the staff preparing the breakfast are wonderful

I had the most amazing time my stay at Acqua Vatos Santorini Hotel. The staff was incredible. The dining experience magnificent. The availability to everything and accessibility was top tier.

Siamo stati solo un giorno di passaggio da Naxos. La struttura è molto carina così come anche la stanza, non grande, ma ben arredata e pulita, bagno ok. Colazione sicuramente da migliorare nella scelta dolce e magari aggiungere un ombrellone sul patio per avere tutti un pochino d'ombra. Struttura molto vicina alla spiaggia e alla fermata dell'autobus per Fira. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Sweet hotel, great pool, GREAT staff
This place is a sweet little hotel with incredible, friendly staff, just 2 mins walk from the beach. It also has its own pool area and bool bar and a free breakfast. The room was also huge compared to other parts of Santorini. If you're in town to enjoy the beach and the sunshine and not to hang out in a luxurious room, this is the place for you. Staff were truly amazing. They will make your stay here extra special.

Hotel mislead
Unfortunately my friend and I was very disappointed. When we arrived the hotel looked nothing like what we had seen online. The photos online are not a true representation of how it looks. The staff were very helpful and tried their very best to accommodate us. However, I wouldn't go back there.

Basic hotel. Clean. Staff were polite & friendly.
Front desk staff (whom we didn't get the name of) was very polite and friendly. Hotel has a nice swimming pool area but it was too cold to swim when we were there in October. We love the location! It's a short walk to the beautiful kamari beach and the main bus station. The renovation seems a bit old, but it is clean, and things are in good condition. This makes for a basic room at a reasonable price. There's no lift at the hotel and we have to take the stairs. Breakfast was included for our stay and food was alright. We are overall happy with our stay.

Great location in a great village.
Location was excellent, right in the center of town, many restaurants, shops, tour companies across the street. Excellent hot & cold breakfast. Nice balcony. No english on TV. VASILEV helped us many ways , especially with our heavy luggage !!

Lovely budget hotel. Great location. We stayed in a standard room, not sure what the difference is between the economy room potentially none. Room relatively basic but good standard. Comfy beds. Advert says rooms have a safe but ours didn’t

Great location
The check in was easy. Friendly helpful staff. The room was clean. The pool area was clean and had plenty of lounges and umbrellas. There are restaurants and shopping everywhere. Next door, across the road, up and down the street. The beach is about a 2 minute walk away. Despite all this, the room was very quiet. The bus stops are practically at the door step. Breakfast was good with outdoor eating areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well located nice hotel.
Very well located hotel. Parking available at 100 meters from it, in front of the football field. Very clean and spacious room. large swimming pool. Breakfast is not exhuberant but ok. Santorini is such a small island that staying here is very convinient if you rent a car or motorbike.

All was good but didnt like they ask to make a copy of my credit card and passport. Passports are government issued ID intended to cross borders, not to stay at hotels. With ID theft, credit carda should not be allowed to be kept on anyones database ever.

Beach stay on island
Great hotel - spacious, clean, welcoming and helpful front desk. Black out curtains, deck, small fridge, decent breakfast, sweet pool area, wonderful location by beach and shops. Area much less busy than main cities, you’ll want to bring goggles / snorkel mask / beach shoes to be comfortable at beach. Pretty good area food too!

My stay here was great. The rooms were clean and nice, the pool area very lovely, comfy bed. The hotel decor is nice and the exterior is really pretty. I did actually book a different room to the one I was given. I had booked a superior room, and I believe I was given a standard room along those lines. This didn’t bother me as it was just me, and it was last minute accommodation and the staff seemed to have trouble fitting me in. Would of been nice to have communicated instead of pretending. But either way, was a nice stay

This hotel is just perfect for those who love great service, delicious food and great experiences! Me and my partner were so blessed to choose this place, and we would definitely recommended Acqua Vatos to our friends and family. Breakfasts are extremely yummy - I will never forget cheese and cream pies, banana bread, omelettes with corn & carrot and with dill & peppermint. Coffee from the machine has real milk (not powder milk) which makes a big difference. Lovely Miltos and Veselin at reception will help you out with any requests and organise any tours and transfers. My memories of Santorini will remain extremely warm and positive thanks to the experience at Acqua Vatos.

Santorini sunset
Close to shops, beach and local buses. Get local bus to see sunset at Oia via Fira. Has nice pool and looks good. Breakfast was lovely and well set out, with quality choices. Close to airport. Our room had intermittent wi-fi and basic air conditioning. Internet was better in sitting area near reception. Overall good quality and close to everything for the price.

Very good experience
We had a great time in Santorini and the hotel was very nice. The staff is polite, friendly, and ready to help and guide you, they gave us ideas on what to do. The room was clean and comfortable, the area is quiet and near the beach, there are also many places where you can eat. The swimming pool is veeeery nice and the breakfast is fine. We would definitely come back.

7 amazing days in Kamari
The location of the hotel is excellent, literally one minute walking from one of the most beautiful beaches in Santorini. The staff was fantastic: kind, helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast really good. And the swimming pool is a dream come true. Very recomendable.

Stayed at Acqua Vatoa on my own for three nights to attend a friends wedding on the island and was very well looked after here by Costos and Rania. Rooms are modern, clean and cool. Breakfast looks fab but as a ceoliac I could only eat the eggs! Beach and shops just around the corner so ideally located. Very happy with my stay!

Very relaxed hotel
Just got back from a week at this lovely hotel. Very relaxed atmosphere here, staff all very cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotlessly clean an have all you need including a great little hairdryer. Air-con not too noisy.Breakfast good , lots of choice and exactly what you would expect from a Greek Hotel..... great to have coffee and tea on tap all day long too and a good size pool with comfortable sun beds.Five minute walk to beach and although it is in centre of resort with some great shops ,bars and restaurants,it is not noisy at all. Lovely resort, great place to stay

Stayed for 5 days to attend a wedding, could not have picked a better location suited to us, right by the beach, with its endless bars and fantastic food, the pool and hotel were immaculate with the friendliest nicest staff I have ever encounted, really couldn’t do enough for you and so knowledgeable about their island. We had the junior suite with balcony, great room-lovely enduite with powerful shower. The breakfast was great with enough choice to fill you up for a beach day or sightseeing, freshly cooked an prepared, early season so always a place to sit. Iron an iron board available, took own travel kettle, but had nice coffee machine at breakfast with English teabags. Pool bar service and cocktails lovely with reasonable prices. Irish bar an round the corner with really nice restuarents, local bus service every hour to take you to different parts off the island, we hired quad bikes for 30-40 euros a day an travelled to oia an thira an perissa beach, beutiful island with people to match, will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and tidy, Friendly worker, Reasonable price.
This is the best things happened in Santorini, we were there for one night, but it is awesome stay in our long trip. People working there are very nice and extremely friendly, any questions they will help you to figure out. The place is tidy and clean, I will be back for sure.
