Balcony and our Room 632 have a very nice view, pool area also very nice, but bit chill to swim, maybe the hot season has passed Tidy and clean in our room, but notice the inside of the jacuzzi needs to clean more before guest arrives, as there were a lot of sand ( dark color ), and the bathroom cup wasn't clean enough inside, not serious dirty, but I need to use hot water to wash it off All staff at both reception and restaurant were very nice and friendly, services were good too

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We were delighted to be picked up from the airport and greeted at the hotel with drinks. The caldera view is breathtaking and the open air gym was a nice surprise. The included breakfast is great, with a made to order menu plus buffet overlooking the caldera. What a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff does everything from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave to make sure you are having the best time. The hot tub outside the room plus the views are beyond words. The staff members from front desk to waiters to housekeeping personnel were extremely polite, accommodating, friendly. Front desk staff offered helpful and great tour suggestions with immaculate coordination. The in-house restaurant should not be missed. Breakfast was fresh, aromatic and delicious. Dinner is a must at this resort. The chef is a culinary genius. Extremely pleasant and not camera shy. The food was beyond my imagination. Never disappointed. Travel around the island was coordinated by hotel staff and was seamless and professional. Tour guide enthusiastically shared his love for the island, it’s people and history. We mustn’t forget that the recommendations were a hit for nightlife. Definitely returning on our next trip!

Amazing location with an unobstructed view of the water, the volcano island, and the sunset. All the rooms get this unobstructed view. The individual hot tubs also overlook this view, so the experience is top notch. The common pools also are well laid out. The staff was very friendly, and the snacks/meals that we ordered to the room were also great. They even arrange airport drop-off and pick-up on a short notice for a flat fee ($45 as of Oct 2024). Special shout-out to Vaso, the front-desk assistant when we stayed, for looking after us very well!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The views of the water and cliffs were amazing. The “hot tub” in our honeymoon suite was warm, at best. They said they cannot make it hotter for “safety reasons” so that was a bit of a letdown. The immediate surrounding area outside of the hotel was not super convenient. You’ll need to drive to get to any of the populated areas with dining and shopping. The staff was nice and accommodating. Overall it was a pretty place to stay with average accommodations.

Start with the okay: if you’re on the first floor you will hear the busy road the hotel sits right off of; the facility itself is in fair condition with signs of wear and tear; the gym is barely functional (treadmill could only increase speed and incline). The great: staff is super friendly, responsive and thoughtful. George, who runs the restaurant, is amazing. He made my wife’s birthday super special. The main pool is super nice (though we thought the music they played was a little loud and many of the speakers were blown so the sound was scratchy). Our room was on 5 which was super private and we loved its location.
