Beautiful beachside hotel
We were staying here with 2 small children and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is located right on the water, and the building and surroundings are very beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs, with a fridge and small ring for basic cooking. The breakfast was fantastic, and our accommodation was cleaned regularly to a very high level. All staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay with Jenny and her team thoroughly. Overall, a very relaxing, elegant beachside accommodation that I would recommend very highly.

Owner and staff were very nice and they were on top of everything. EXECEPT. Air conditioner it was suppose to reach 23 Celsius never reach that number it was so hot it was unbearable. She did come to fix the problem but problem continue. It was not only our rooms our friends that stood in rooms below also complained too about the air conditioner. Overall place was very nice safe beach is right there. If you are young in your high 20’s and like to party this place 90 percent are older crowd Laganas is good for young crowd. I would recommend this place for older crowd it very nice and I regardless we did enjoyed it.

The breakfast was fantastic. So many options and it changed daily. The women working there were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. On a nice beach for kids. Warm and shallow water. Clean bathrooms. Note that this property is up against the water with beach chairs on a balcony on grass that overlooks the water. But they have steps right into the water. So it’s not ON the sandy part of the beach. But walk right through a few inches of water and you are on great beaches.

The property is right on the waterfront, clean, accommodating and in an excellent area. Walking distance to local waterfront restaurants. They don't much of an area to lay on the beach, but their lounge chairs are as close to it as they can get, and its on their private property, no outsiders allowed. The rooms are spacious and very clean. the most difficult part of staying here was the parking situation if you have a rental car, it's a little tight. The owner Jenny and her daughter are very nice and extremely helpful.

It was a bad experience for my stay. I didnt feel welcomed and helped when in need of info. Comments made by this lady associate Andrea “You are here by yourself oh thats okay” “ We are not a tour agent you need to find out info yourself” “ You cannt use ur credit card for the snacks cuz that would cost us transaction fee. You can stop by an ATM to get more cash as you are continuing your trip” Yup point taken its not for making the guest accommodated and happy but do whats for their best interest!

Tzeni Andreola replied at May 26 We are always sad to hear of any guest that has not enjoyed their stay with us. In response to some of the comments made, it is very true that a Receptionist expecting a booking arrival of 2 adults, would confirm that the 2nd adult is not arriving at a later time or date. No offense or insult is implied by an enquiry of this nature which is meant to ensure that all guests are welcomed and checked in, no matter the hour. It is also true that one adult would be left one set of bathroom towels which are changed daily. Upon requesting a 2nd set of bathroom towels, a 2nd set were immediately provided. At the point of check-in and whilst being shown their Suite, guests are provided with a free map of the resort and the island. We advise guests that we can organize some of the private tours with companies that are a bit more expensive and exclusive, if interested. In this case, we organized one of the cheaper tours which was subsequently cancelled as our guest found and booked an even more low cost tour. In respect of credit card payments, on 24th May we unfortunately had a problem with our POS system & machine which meant that we were unable to accept a card payment for Government Tax (1.50euro) and snack bar charges (3.50euro) and therefore asked for a cash only payment.

25 year anniversary visit.
We returned to Zante after spending our honeymoon here 25 years ago. We decuded to stay on a different part of the Island and were really pleased with our choice. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away and we were able to stay and use the facilities before our late departure. Everyone was helpful and friendly. A very good breakfast was included . The apartments are in a great position right on the sea front with sun lougers in the garden overlooking the sea. There is an excellent restaurant just around the corner . Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The location of our apartment was right on the sea front. It was nice and peaceful with just a short walk to the town for a great choice of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Best hotel on Zakynthos Island by far.
I researched dozens of hotels in Zakynthos before booking with Andreolas. So glad I did! This hotel has a personal touch, it’s quiet and clean, and the beach is exactly at the front gate. Amazing! This family owned hotel was helpful to me via email weeks before my trip and, by the way, they are fluent in English. When I went around the island and noticed the other hotels that I was considering, I was SO GLAD I chose Andreolas.

Fabulous stay at Andreolas, stay again no worries.
Stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary as we got married in Zante, so glad we did. Accommodation was ideally located and nice and peaceful and right next to the beach. It was well run, breakfast was fantastic and rooms were quite spacious. Great air con and housekeeping did a great service. Always nice to have the choice of a private sun bathing area at the beach.

Excellent Accommodation in an excellent location
We travelled as a party of 3 looking for some quiet relaxation close to the beach in good accommodation with good food and good weather. I believe we were successful on all fronts. The hotel and staff cannot be faulted, the rooms were spacious and clean with lovely sea views. The rooms have a small kitchen area, but to be honest with the lovely breakfast provided by the hotel and the abundance of great restaurants within walking distance we didn't really make use of it. The location of the hotel is right on the beach. We could not have asked for a better located hotel and would definitely recommend the hotel for those looking quality accommodation in a fantastic location. The hotel is also gated which offers an added level of security for guests. Hotel is a 15 minute taxi ride (20 euro) from the airport which is an added bonus. Thank you to all the staff at Andreolas for a lovely holiday.

Just lovely
You couldn't be closer to the beach with its warm, calm water. The hotel is scrupulously clean and comfortable. It is well designed if you have limited mobility. The staff were all very pleasant and willing to give us very personalised assistance and advice. While not far from the Main Street, it was a very peaceful and beautiful location.

Nice Hotel "on the beach"
We booked this hotel after we had some problems trying to stay at the Al Mere. This was just down the beach. It is a nice, small suites hotel right on the water. There is no beach in front of it, as the waves was up but you can take your flops off and walk to beach on either side. Finding it was interesting as we had to put the hotel name in Google Maps as there are no addresses per say in this area. The hotel room was clean and basic. Air conditiining in both bedrooms and a small but useable kitchen area. They provided beach towels, so we didn't have to buy any, and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas in front. Breakfast was good, not large, but well done. The staff was very helpful, providing my wife several recipes of special breakfast dishes. We had to leave for an early ferry on the last day and they made us a special breakfast package we were able to take and eat on the ferry. B

Great Location
We had a fabulous stay. This is a family run business which made us feel at home. Everything is spotless and the breakfast selection is great. They took the trouble to recommend restaurants which made our stay even more perfect. We were secure and had the choice of sunbathing on their well kept lawn which is directly above the beach and ocean. We will definitely stay there again.

Couldn't be closer to the beach!
We had booked a double room with sea view which was lovely, but we actually had an extra bedroom with 2 single beds and its own balcony over looking a water statue too. I would book this room again (201) and next time take two more people! The owners and staff were very nice and helpful, rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. It is unfortunate that the shower has a curtain instead of being a cubicle but I think thats a Greek thing? It certainly didn't ruin our stay. We were close to bars ands shops and enjoyed walking the beaches and shopping in the town of Tsivili. As we went in late September the resort was fairly quiet - which was what we wanted.

VISTA MARE pazzesca!
Struttura sul mare, vista pazzesca, camere ampie e pulite, doppio bagno. Unica pecca non avere un piccolo fuoco in cucina..15 giorni di vacanza sono tanti e sarebbe stato gradito pranzare o cenare un paio di volte in appartamento.

Traumhafter Ausblick. Tolle Zimmer. Frühstück war ok aber könnte bisschen vielseitiger sein. Die Wasserqualität war leider nicht gut, es riecht stark nach Chlor und man sollte damit nicht Zähneputzen. Sonst alles top. Kommen wieder

Hübsches Hotel zwar am Strand ohne eigenen Strand
Leider ohne eigenen Strand, man war am Rasen hinter einem Gittertor eingesperrt. So sind wir jeden Tag ins benachbarte Arkadia auf deren Strand gegangen und haben eur 12 für 4 Liegen bezahlt. Reinigung funktionierte nach Euro Spende besser:-)

Мы приехали в этот отель вместе с нашими друзьями, чтобы отметить 35 лет со дня свадьбы. Мы заказывали номер на 4-х взрослых, который состоял из небольшой кухни и двух спален. Номер потрясающий: большие комнаты, большие балконы, на которых очень приятно сидеть с видом на море. Мы были в середине июля, температура воздуха была около 34 градусов, но на балконах даже днем было не жарко. Встретили нас очень хорошо. От отеля получили подарок - бутылку вина,что было очень приятно. Пляж - свой небольшой участок с травкой и лежаками ( бесплатно )с прямым выходом в море, а море - просто потрясающее: теплое, тихое, дно песок. Для кого-то может быть минусом долгий заход в море, нам это совершенно не мешало. Завтраки очень хорошие. Омлет, бекон, сосиски и многое другое. Отель расположен недалеко от центральной улицы города с многочисленными кафе, ресторанчиками и магазинами. Рядом с отелем есть небольшой супермаркет. Мы обязательно вернемся. Да, на кухне есть только чайник, раковина, холодильник, тостер и посуда, то есть для готовки не подходит, но это и не нужно из-за многочисленных кафе и баров вокруг ( недорогих ). Мы каждый день вспоминаем о нашем отдыхе и жалеем,что неделя пролетела так быстро

Kleines Hotel mit Flair und Inhaber geführt
Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit nur 11 Suiten, das wie ein Haus mit Atrium gebaut wurde. Zwischen Haus und Strand ist eine Liegewiese mit ausreichend (sehr guten) Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Durch ein Tor geht es 6 Stufen abwärts zum Strand. 3 Schritte weiter ist man im Wasser. Unsere Suite hatte ein schönes Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, und ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Balkon. Im Schlafzimmer waren u.a. ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen , eine Safe, ein Fernseher, eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt in den Zimmern jede Menge Steckdosen! Im Haus gibt es einen (leisen) Aufzug .Der Handtuchwechsel erfolgte täglich. Die Bettwäsche und die Strandtücher wurden jeden 2 Tag gewechselt. Die Wäsche wird im Haus gewaschen. Darauf legt Frau Andreolas großen Wert. Im „Keller“ befindet sich ein sehr schön eingerichteter Raum, in dem das Frühstücksbuffet angerichtet wird. Tagsüber erhält man dort auch Erfrischungen und kleine Gerichte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und täglich gibt es wechselnde, meist selbst gemachte Köstlichkeiten von Frau Andreolas oder ihrem Mann. Die Beiden wohnen ganz oben im Haus. Im Keller gibt es auch Toiletten und eine Dusche, die man nutzen kann wenn man sich sonnt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Frau Andreolas und Ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben schon in sehr vielen guten Hotels gewohnt. Das Andreolas Luxury Suites gehört zu den Besten.

Top Lage
Das Hotel hat eine 1A Lage, man kann von dort aus direkt ins glasklare Wasser gehen. Man hat einen eigenen Wasserzugang, somit keine Massen an Touristen. In der Nähe kann man zu Fuß zu ein paar tollen Tavernen gehen, der Ort selbst bietet alles was man als Pauschaltourist braucht. Wir haben uns für 5 der 10 Tage ein Motorrad gemietet. Somit konnten wir die wunderschöne Insel nach unseren Wünschen erkunden.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön und nett
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das einzig Negative war folgendes: In jedem Zimmer liegt eine Mappe auf mit Informationen, u.a. auch, das man Getränke und Essen vom Supermarkt nicht mit hinunter nehmen soll, also auch nicht auf den Strand/Wiesenabschnitt. An und für sich kein Problem, da auch dabei stand, das man unten Getränke etc. kaufen könne, sie nannten sich schließlich auch Breeze Bar. Während man also faul in der Sonne gelegen ist, musste man zur Rezeption gehen und dafür sorgen, dass man jemanden erwischt, bei dem man bestellen kann. Ist einem das gelungen, hat man es zur Liege gebracht bekommen. Obwohl wir 10 Tage dort waren und beinahe jeden Tag in der Sonne gelegen sind, hat sich niemand bemüßigt gefühlt, uns ab und zu zu fragen, ob wir etwas trinken wollen. Fürs Geschäft spricht das nicht. Kaffee bekommt man auch nur zu bestimmten Zeiten, da anscheinend nicht jeder die Maschine bedienen kann... Als Entschuldigung haben wir aber Kuchen dazu bekommen, als wir um halb 6 unseren Kaffee getrunken haben. Wir hätten uns einfach etwas anderes vorgestellt... Da fällt mir ein: Zum Kochen war die Küche nicht geeignet: es gab keinen Herd, sondern nur so eine elektrische Platte mit 2 wirklich kleinen Kreisen, auf dem ein Topf stand, der aber wahrscheinlich nicht mehr als 300ml Fassungsvermögen besaß. Töpfe haben wir auch vergeblich gesucht. Aber wir sind eh gerne ausschließlich essen gegangen.
