From the moment we arrived to the when we left two weeks later, Crystal Waters was an oasis of calm and relaxation. The layout of the hotel, spread around 3 super pool areas was excellent and gave it much more of a resort feel. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, both for the wide range of breakfast options and the excellent dinner choices. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and happy to indulge my attempts at the Greek language. If the opportunity arises, we will most definitely return to Crystal Waters.

overall we enjoyed our stay at crystal waters - the location was really good and the amenities provided were perfect. our only comment is that the wifi wasn’t working at nights which made it quite frustrating.

The staff was great the breakfast was perfect. Only bad experience was the fine dinning restaurant was a bit of a tourist trap. I didn’t mind the high prices of the entrées and appetizers especially since everything was tasty but they charged me 14 euro for 4 slices of bread and 5 euro for 1 bottle of water was a bit much. I am in the restaurant business so I understand that everything costs money and should be paid for but it should be within reason. It was 22 euros for tun tartar which I considered fair

Beautifully decorated hotel, rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Pool areas are lovely with comfortable sun beds. Would definitely consider upgrading to pool room as they looked fab. Breakfast was good. Staff at pool bar and Emerald restaurant very helpful. Staff at reception were not as attentive, knowledgeable or helpful as would have been expected for a 4 star hotel. Manager was rude and constantly spoke over me during an interaction. Food and drinks very overpriced. Shower doors fitted on wrong side of door so bathroom flooded every time it was used. Nikiana itself not the most attractive village, limited choice of restaurants and nowhere to walk or sit in the evening. However, the NV beach bar close by was nice and it is a good base for exploring the area.

On arrival check in by staff was ok , we were welcomed well ,two staff behind the desk . One was very friendly the other not so much . We had booked a partial sea view room , the room had the view but was way too far from amenities and had a high set of stairs to climb. We did make a comment about the location of the room to staff and with a small price difference was offered a much more appropriate option which made my stay there are comfortable and fabulous one .Will definitely return . Also the dining staff run by Chris and his wonderful team were more than willing to help and serve us with a smile thank you

Great stay. The only possible negative for some people is that there's a bit of a climb from the main road to the rooms. However otherwise fantastic.

GREAT EXPERIENCE-WE ARE GOING TO RETURN FOR SURE
Unbelievable service, awesome staff, very polite with. a big smile all the time!!! The room was really very nice and great job from the cleaners as well. The swimming pool was very clean and the service at bar perfect. I hardly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Quiet beautiful oasis
Crystal Waters is a beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and the rooms are lovely. The only complaint is the taxi service . Each time you call for a taxi the charge is 17euro regardless of how far you are going within the area. I found it cheaper to book a cab separately. Also the town is a bit far away so unless you have a car or are willing to take the bus or cab there is not much nearby.

Very nicely decorated, newer property. It's not that close to anything, but luckily they do have a shuttle service you can reserve for a reasonable fee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pools are also quite nice. There's not a ton of stuff nearby to walk to though. The included Breakfast buffet was a highlight. Tons of food to choose from. Dinner was ok. Plating at atmosphere was fancy, but the taste ranged from meh to solid. Overall I would still stay again, purely for nice accomodation near-ish Lefkas.

The hotel sets out to deliver 5-star service and really delivers. It’s a fairly compact resort but never felt cramped. Food in the restaurant is excellent, if on the pricy side. Dining options in the local area are pretty limited, would recommend a car to explore the nearby towns.

My husband and I stayed at Crystal Waters for our honeymoon and it was more special than we could have ever imagined. The staff team only added to this special feeling, too. Even before arriving, the hotel was on hand to recommend and organise a selection of exciting excursions as well as more practical transport arrangements, This was very much appreciated and added to our feeling of relaxation. Nothing was too much for the team, who work tirelessly to ensure everyone has the best experience while visiting. We would certainly love to return one day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Crystal Waters to friends and family.

The breakfast was very good, much variety and tasty. I called the hotel ahead of time and requested a room with a view, they said no problem and that all rooms had a view. When I arrived we were given a tiny room, ac was either too cold or too hot and the view was that of a wall. Very disappointed, felt claustrophobic. 😖

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment. iam sorry that you were not happy with your stay. aim afraid that you misunderstood, we do not have rooms with sea view, we have rooms with partial sea view or rooms with no view (facing buildinds or main road) and all the photos are on line for each room type. therefore we cannot have said that we will offer you a sea view room.

We stayed at Crystal Waters for three nights after a week’s sailing holiday. Really good hotel, very comfortable rooms spacious for two adults and two older teenagers. Our room had a pool view and a partial sea view which was lovely. Rooms very clean lots of attention to COVID practices around the hotel. Delicious cocktails and very attentive staff around the hotel, great swimming pools and comfy sun loungers. We also went down to the beach and had a swim there which is only five minutes walk from the hotel. Overall very good stay and we would go back

The room was beautiful. Some staff were great and really helpful whereas others were not. We were not told that the restaurant was closed and there would be a party on the Friday evening, which would have be useful. Hotel has lovely decor but I wouldn’t class the service at the hotel as 5* which impacted our stay.
