Our second stay here. Good base for exploring western Crete. Costas and the team are great hosts and keep the hotel friendly, easy to use and clean.

Beautiful relaxing holiday in Ledra Maleme
This hotel is simply amazing, the apartments are comfortable, clean and air conditioned. The restaurant offers a good choice of meals and the food is delicious. There is a relaxing ambience and the pool is a nice way to end your day after your excursions around beautiful Crete. The family who runs the hotel is very welcoming and their hospitality is awesome. I highly recommend this place and will return for sure.

Great holiday village for a good price
We stayed here only 1 night while in Crete and we were quite happy with the stay. The pictures on the website don't give justice to the place as we were fortunate to stay in a renovated apartment (and they were planning to renovate all the rooms) so it was a great value stay. Short walking distance (5 mins) to the beach and very nice and helpful owners. Good and peaceful location despite being in the city.

An excellent hotel for the price, fantastic staff.
We stayed in one of the new rooms completed five months ago. A very large room with a very comfortable bed, two balconies, very effective air conditioning, and cooking facilities (which we didn't use). The rooms were serviced every day, including made beds and clean towels every second/third day depending on guest preference. The hotel restaurant served great food and cooked up to approx. 23:30 every night and was good value. The staff were very friendly and happy to help; for example telling us where the nearest car tyre centre was when our hire car suffered a puncture, and explaining the best way to get to Samaria Gorge (don't take your car). They stayed late to allows us to check in at 00:35 on our arrival. The only point I would add as a caution is that the pool is not heated, which was of no consequence to us as we like a cool pool, but worth noting if you prefer swimming in bath-like temperatures. Looking at the town itself; Maleme is a nice little place but has suffered a little in Greece's economic down-turn; there are some closed shops and some unfinished buildings. However if you don't want air-brushed, sanitised Greece it's a nice place to go to with a number of restaurants worth visiting, a pebble beach four hundred meters from the hotel plus a super market if you want to self-cater. It's easy to access the main route across the island and is only 20 minutes by car from Chania airport.

Great place to stay...
We really enjoyed our stay here.The apartment was lovely,very bright and spacious.Staff always helpful and friendly and Mama's home cooking was very much appreciated!..as were the fresh fruit and ouzo freebies following every meal :-) We also loved the company of the laid back dogs and the very polite cats that were in residence!!

Excellent value apartment in peaceful setting.
Spring week with the family in Maleme - Ledra Maleme was a perfect base for exploration - staff friendly and efficient, didn't eat there every night, but when we did, the food was tasty and very good value. Lovely view from our balcony.

Relaxing days
Ledra maleme at the start of April was quiet ,it was just opening up. However we loved the peaceful atmosphere, the hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens and we had views of olive groves from our balcony.Sea was close by 3 mins walk and good place for walkers generally. Pleased with good value,free internet extensive library & meals/drinks cheap. Only slight negative was cleaning-floors dusty but overall ok-Fresh towels daily. All staff friendly & knowledgeable.

Great little family hotel
Whilst its out of the way, town has a relaxed chilled atmosphere about it, its a good location to get to Elefanisi, Paleohora and also Chania. The staff are fiendly and they have a cheap bar and really nice pool if you just want to relax. The town doesnt have many options but if you do, hit Hotel Alexander for dinner, perfect local organic greek food and really cheap. Stay here if you're out this way.

Struttura completamente ristrutturata con piccoli appartamenti ma completi di tutto. La marcia in più la da sicuramente il proprietario sempre disponibile e cordiale. L'unica "pecca" è che si trova in un piccolo villaggio quindi per qualsiasi cosa bisogna spostarsi perciò consiglio di noleggiare una macchina.

Keittonurkkauksen varustus
Ainoa puute oli keittonurkkauksen liian niukka varustus! 2-paikkaisen keittolevyn toinen levy ei toiminut ja toinenkin hyvin huonosti. Oli ainoastaan 1 aivan liian suuri kattila, ei mitään paistinlastaa eikä terävää isompaa leikkuuveistä. Esim mikrouuni helpottaisi lapsiperheen lomaa huomattavasti. Hotellihenkilökunnan ystävällisyys, joustavuus ja avuliaisuus korvasi kuitenkin pienet puutteet! Ehdottomasti voisin yöpyä toisenkin kerran tässä hotellissa. 😀

Mukava viikon perheloma ennen turisti sesongin alkua. Ajankohdasta johtuen hotelli oli mukavan rauhallinen. Lomamme ajoittui toukokuun ensimmäiselle viikolle. Omistaja ja henkilökunta oli mukavia ja auttoivat kaikessa mitä vain tuli vastaan. Parantamisen varaa jäi vain lasten altaan siisteyteen jota ei putsattu koko käyntimme aikana.

Kiva, pieni hotelli lähellä rantaa. Hyvä uima-allas ja lastenallas. Ravintola oli myös hyvä! Bussilla pääsee edullisesti esim. Plataniakseen ja bussipysäkki sijaitsi aivan vieressä. Suosittelen!

Excellent séjour
Hôtel familial que nous fréquentons depuis plusieurs années qui nous satisfait pleinement. Studio confortable, bien entretenu, environnement calme près de la mer, restaurant sur place. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la partie ouest de la Crète.

Très agréable séjour.
Hotel très bien place pour visiter les spots touristiques de l'ouest. Appartements super propres, jolie déco, sobre et élégante. Hotes francophones très sympas. Piscine très agréable. Restaurant servant de bons plats pour des tarifs très corrects, les enfants ont adoré les jus d'orange frais 😀 Aucun point négatif a signaler. On espère revenir l'année prochaine. Merci a l'équipe de Ledra.

Anlage bietet Möglichkeiten für jeden Urlaubsstil. Individuelle Selbstversorgung, Restauration / Bar durch Hotel, Pool, Jedes Zimmer besitzt eine eigene Terrasse Weitläufiger Strand in 5 Minuten Fußweg. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Busanbindung in der Nähe. Ebenso Supermärkte.

Hotel carino, piccolo ma accogliente. Le camere sono accoglienti, sopratutto quelle ubicate nella parte nuova. Il proprietario è gentile e si mangia anche abbastanza bene. La colazione per noi italiani è un po’ scarsa, molta più varietà per la colazione continentale. Attenzione che sia compresa nella camera, perché altrimenti vi vengono trichiesti 5€ a persona al giorno in più, cifra troppo alta per ciò che offre

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre était spacieuse bien équipée et propre, avec un coin cuisine (frigo, plaques electriques bouilloire et grille pain) . La literie correcte. Hôtel organisé autours de la piscine, avec restaurant et bar. La plage se situe à 200m, c'est une plage de galets. Ce qui nous a déplus dans cet hôtel c'est la promiscuité avec nos voisins, les balcons partagés, le vis à vis, les portes qui claquent. Je n'ose pas imaginer ce que cela donne en pleine saison.!
