Reception staff was really great they are pleased to help you with anything. Staff at the bar is really professional with their work, and willing to give you the best possible service huge shoutout to Michaels at the bar, perhaps the best customer service i ever experienced. On the downsites not really anything serious exept the soundproofing could be better, rooms are clean and modern, amenities are really nice

A Great Place To Stay.
The hotel was very clean, the pool large, lovely and clean and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Just a few steps from the pool to the beach. The pool snack bar/ restaurant did decent tasty well priced food where you can sit overlooking the beach. My only gripe would be the hard mattress and pillows. Other than that a fabulous place.

A lovely hotel
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was a few of the guests who let it down sitting on the balcony talking loudly late into the early hours.

Fantastic experience
We stayed in the superior studio in the off season so price was great. Room was very clean and shower was awesome. Free breakfast overlooking the large pool and ocean. A+ staff super friendly

First class accomodation next to many amenities.
Marinos Beach Hotel Apartments were great! You couldn't get a better location, a stones throw from the beach and close to some great bars, restaurants and shops. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower at the end of the day. The breakfasts were delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very attentive to our needs. Thank you!

On arrival all the way yo departure, Asterios on rrception was amazing. So professional and welcoming and couldn't do rnough for us. A great ambassador for hotel. The nee Duits were beautiful, just like the photos and the pool right on the beach was fab (albrit too cold to rnjoy). Breakfast was ample but like being in a canteen with self serve plastic trays. Not sure about havibg to return your crockery and trays. Just like beibg at school. The marvellous setting compensated for it thoughh. However, the manager/owner was not welcoming. No welcome smile, no converaation, lounged around in reception and at breakfast bar all day and night. I know there has bern a family tragedy ad there was a shrine in reception but it didn't stop his wife and daughter who worked all day non stop. Move away from the hotel and let your staff run the show. such a dhame ad I wanted to give it a higher score

Fantastic location adjoining the beach.
The hotel location is just great, walk through hotel garden and straight onto the beach. We had booked a 1 bed studio which was in the new block, a beautiful modern room + bathroom but no balcony. On asking where our balcony was, we were shown a table and 2 chairs on the corner of a corridor. This was not acceptable some upgraded to a 1 bedroom end apartment overlooking the garden and pool with a sea view in the older block. Sounds wonderful but this block is so tired looking and really needs updating. We had a spacious balcony but the bathroom which comprises of bath/shower, wash basin and toilet was disappointing and not at all safe for elderly people. Climbing in and out of the bath was downright dangerous as there is a fixed glass panel covering two thirds of the bath leaving one third to climb in/out of the bath and unfortunately the curved base of the bath is at this end with nothing to hold onto. We were told by management that this was to be renovated quite soon. However we didn't allow this to spoil our holiday, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. Would return to this hotel if justvforbthe location.

Decent hotel totally worth the value. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Mr. Sterios is the person you want to deal with! Totally recommend if you want to be on the beach and close to Rethymno city.

Friendly and Welcoming
We stayed at the Marino's Beach for five days when visiting Crete to attend a family wedding. The hotel provided just what we needed for a nice relaxing break. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and everything was just as described. The large pool is surrounded by a grassed area with sun loungers where we spent our days relaxing. The pool area is quite literally next to the beach and the snack bar is right there for a meal and drink if you want one. There are shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and a short walk to the taxi rank where you can hire a car to take you to other areas such as Old Town (about ten minute drive) for eight Euro. If we came back to Rethymno we would definitely book again.

Fantastic hotel - ideally placed for exploring isl
We were in room 212 and the apartment had breathtaking view of the sea and beach which was directly in front. The balcony was large enough for a family and you could see the mountains, beach, garden, pool and restaurant. The restaurant did close around six pm (in October) but there many restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Perfect location for exploring the island. The staff (family) were friendly and approachable and provided us with excellent service and a recommendation for restaurants during our stay. The only negative (small one) is the room had twin beds rather than a double bed but the coco mat mattress was super comfortable and as the air conditioning units are placed on balcony you don't have any noise in the room. Both the bedroom and the living area had air conditioning blowers which could be individually controlled. Fantastic hotel which we would recommend to couples and families.

Kleine, gepflegte Hotelanlage mit großem Pool und Frühstücksbereich/Poolbar. Im Innenhof wird ein schöner Garten liebevoll betreut. Liegt ca. 6 km östlich des Zentrums von Rethymno in einem Vorort. Bin bisher dreimal hier gewesen.

Super freundlicher Service! Hatten gleich beim Check in festgestellt das wir ausversehentlich nur für eine Person gebucht hatten aber mussten trotzdem nicht mehr bezahlen und bekamen sogar das Frühstück für die 2 Person gratis dazu. Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad hätte größer sein können,nachdem Duschen stand das Wasser im Bad.

Sehr nette kleine Anlage, an nur bis zum Hoteleingang zu befahrender Stichstraße zum Strand gelegen, dicht bewachsener hübscher Innenhof, gepflegte Liegewiese. Geräumige, einfach und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer, grose Loggien.

Trés beaux appartements nous étions deux couples nous avons eu les mêmes studios mais le seul problème une seule fenêtre donnant sur la coursive de passage des autres appartements donc impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte occasionne beaucoup de bruit et obligation d'avoir les rideaux fermé pour avoir de l'intimité, parking trop petit et petit déjeuner moyen charcuterie industrielle un jus de fruit sur les trois proposés etait disponnible sur le distributeur

Superbe chambre moderne décoration minimaliste.. Là piscine gigantesque. Les côtés négatifs : rien pour poser les affaires, ménages non fait durant 5 jours. Serviettes payantes, transats plage payants, petit déjeuner industriel, rien n était frais. Personnel peu souriant à l exception d une jeune fille blonde et d une responsable au restaurant.. Les autres semblaient blasés par leur travail.. Les transats piscine sont pris d assaut dès l aube, sachant que tout le monde a accès à la piscine donc ce ne sont pas tous les clients de l hôtel.. L impression qu il y a l hôtel ne fait pas parti de la piscine et du restaurant. le restaurant qui ferme à 19h.. Pas de moyen de dîner dans l hôtel..

Dear Guests, thank you very much for your comment. We really appreciate the comments of our guests, as we are trying to be better every year. According to your comment , i like to clarify few things. First of all i like to apologize about the behaviour of the staff. As we are a family hotel we never have complaints about that, but if you received sth like that, then we have to apologize. You know that these months are really hard working for the staff of the hotel. About the breakfast, i like to inform you that everything at the buffet is fresh and new. We never use products that are not fresh, and we are very strict with that. Furthermore, i like to inform you, that the housekeeping department works everyday, and all the rooms in the hotel receive daily service. But in case that somebody has card "do not disturb" then there is no servise, only the next day.We change the towels in the room every three days and the towels of the beach every 2 days. Our pool area, is free of charge for the guests of Marinos Beach Hotel. but yes there are guests from other hotels. I do not think that this is a problem for those who stay with us. as we try not to have noise etc. Our restaurant closes at 19.00, as we do not offer dinner but all the guests are informed about that. i really apologize once more about your experience. I hope to have the chance to accommodate you in the future and receive our real quality service!

Statt des gebuchten Meerblicks, haben wir zuerst das Pool-View-Zimmer bekommen. Nur nach einer längeren Discussion wurde das gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vorschaubilder im Internet, von den modernisierten Zimmern, sind 3D-Renderings, die in der Realität nur teilweise so aussehen. Der am Tag zuvor versprochene Late-Checkout wurde auch nicht eingehalten. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das Frühstück keine große Auswahl - Basic Angebot ohne Geschmack!

endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes,non loin des sites de visites et de la ville, la chambre est confortable, cependant moyennement équipée côté cuisine, bac à douche petit dans notre chambre et le WIFI très capricieux. le petit déjeuner est copieux, la piscine propre est grande, l'accueil et le personnel souriant comparé aux autres clients. Je recommande cet établissement. Voiture indispensable, parking fermé gratuit.

Fint hotell og god service
Var der sammen med min datter på 13 år. Flott hotell med ypperlig service. I underkant litt for simpel frokost, men helt ok. God mat ellers. Hadde familiesuite i ny delen av hotellet og rommet var fantastisk fint og moderne med stor veranda. Anbefaler å leie bil og kjøre litt rundt på øya. Vi kjørte til Efonissi beach. Tror det må være Kretas svar på Maldivene ;) kjørte også ellers litt rundt i nær miljøet til Rethymnon.

Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait de l'hôtel. Il y a deux classes de chambres, le haut de gamme est impeccable. On nous a fait bénéficier du haut de gamme pour la première nuit car la chambre que nous devions recevoir n'était pas disponible la première nuit. Les chambres standards sont également en ordre. En ce qui concerne la chambre standard, l'équipement du coin cuisine est un peu minime, ne pensez donc pas à inviter vos amis. La douche est un peu exigüe mais on arrive à se doucher sans inonder la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est un peu sobre mais on mange largement à sa faim. Le restaurant sert des repas durant toute la journée jusque vers 17h. L'attente y a été un peu longue la fois où nous y avons mangé. Les chaises-longues côté piscine étaient gratuites, cela évite de devoir payer sa chaise longue sur la plage. Sauf quelques exceptions, les chambres n'ont pas de vue sur la mer.

Przyjemny wypoczynek na Krecie
Spędziliśmy przyjemnie czas, hotel zapewnia dobry relaks nad morzem. Dysponuje dużym i głębokim basenem, sporo zieleni, bardzo przyjemny bar, serwujący przekąski i napoje, bardzo miła i życzliwa obsługa, pokoje wygodne, z balkonami,w pobliżu dużo restauracji z dobrym jedzeniem. siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno in questo hotel per diversi motivi, il personale è molto cordiale sempre con il sorriso e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta, la colazione a buffet è nella media la camera era silenziosa abbastanza ampia pulita e con tutti i confort, anche una piccola cucina utilizzabile fornita di accessori per poter fare da mangiare, la posizione è ottima per visitare la parte ovest dell'isola e a pochi chilometri dal centro di Rethimo, anche se comunque nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano negozi, ristoranti, bar, ecc. e non c'è la necessita di recarsi al centro di Rethimo se non per una visita alla fortezza e al centro storico da non perdere.

Velplaceret hotel ved stranden
Vi tilbragte 4 dage på et særdeles velplaceret hotel med direkte adgang til stranden.Vores datter på næsten 4 år elskede børnepoolen og det var bare dejligt at se solnedgang på stranden hver aften. Vi boede i de store nye værelser (de kalder dem vist nok suiter) og de er virkelig lækre og rene. Der er eget minikøkken og en kæmpe altan. Den lille by med souvenirshops, supermarked, og restauranter ligger 50 m fra hotellet. Personalet er yderst venlige, især i receptionen.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Marinos Beach. Vi fikk et helt nytt og fint rom. Hotellet har et fint basseng rett ved stranden og har et hyggelig og serviceminded personale.
