Nestled near the picturesque seaside town of Plakias and the village of Sellia in south Crete , the villas offer wonderful views of the south Cretan Sea,capturing the essence of modern luxury and traditional Cretan character and providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable vacations.

The property is located 2 km from Souda sandy beaches,restaurants and taverns while Plakias resort is just 3 km away offering a wide range of amenities.
Pyrgos exquisite consists of four 2-bedrooms villas and three 1-bedroom villas , each with private pool.
Villas number 5 , number 6 and number 7 have each 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this villa, designed to accommodate up to three guests. A newly built 40 square meter oasis, this home boasts breathtaking views of the waterfront and the majestic mountains, inviting you to bask in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Each villa features a one-story layout. Upon entering, you'll find a living-dining area with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, and a modern shower/WC. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed , with individual air-conditioning unit and flat-screen TV. The pool at each villa measures 18 sqm while there are outside furniture to enjoy the Cretan sun.

The surrounding area is blessed with some of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The nearby renowned beach of Preveli, with its unique palm forest, and Damnoni are just two of the exceptional options. Majestic gorges, historical sites, and cultural attractions can also be found in the vicinity.

The villa was amazing, but because it's a new one, some of the things wasnt working in the first two days like the air C, but they fix it, thank you alot for everything.
