The space
The apartment is 90 sqm , on the 6th floor of the apartment building and can accommodate up to 4 people ( Open maisonette bedroom with king size bed or 2 separate single beds upon request and bedroom with queen size bed ) with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped and integrated kitchen of a brand new building (2023) .

The Roof Garden is private and is upstairs in the house. To visit, you will need to exit the apartment door and go upstairs . It's a great place to relax with breathtaking views.

Outstanding stay, Aggelos was responsive and helpful. Met us on-site to get us settled and help with parking. He had great suggestions for local activity and dining. The apartment was 100% as advertised and we spent most of the limited time that we were in the apartment, on the veranda. 2 minute walk to grocery, easy and beautiful walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay in Chania. It has upscale and modern amenities just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed and a table setting on the balcony was a great spot to eat and visit. Our host, Aggelos, met us upon arrival and was very helpful. The location is only 1 block from the supermarket, 3 blocks from the water, and a short walk into Old Town Chania where we visited every day. There is also a nice beach area, Nea Chora, a short walk away in the opposite direction of Old Town. What a perfect location!! This property had everything we expected. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Chania.
