As i solo traveller, i was conscious about staying somewhere that felt safe. The staff at this hotel did just that, with their professionalism, knowledge & support throughout. The head chef, Stella, and Nikos were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel like an extended part of the hotel family! The hotel itselt is lovely and clean, i was fortunately upgraded to a superior room which was lovely. The complimentary water was a lovely touch! The pool is quite small but there wasnt a shortage of loungers. I treated myself to a full body massage which was brilliant - highly recommended! Slight negative - not enough variation of dishes on the a'larcarte menu. All in all i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Must be one of the Best hotels in Corfu.
This hotel is fantastic, great staff, wonderful pool and bars. Breakfast was really really good. The rooms are modern and clean. Just a stones through from the beach. Will definitely be back.

The staff at the Tryp were excellent - friendly, welcoming and first class in their service. We also loved the food - the breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had anywhere and their other meals also very good. The hotel is conveniently located across a main road from the beaches in Dassia and the views from the bay are stunning - some of the best we’ve seen across the world. The bay is also very family friendly wot generally warm, calm waters (unlike the west of the island), perfect for swimming and watersports. There is good reason why most of Dassia has been take over by one of the best hotels in Greece /Europe (the monstrous Ikos). It’s a great location. Our only reservations with the Tryp are the small, corporate rooms and location across a moderately busy road from the beach. We picked the hotel last minute and it served our purpose and made us very welcome.

We loved everything about the TRYP Wyndham Corfu Dassia. Easy to get to the beach. It's a short walk across the street. Ipsos and Barbati beaches are easy to drive or take the bus to. Many nice perks compared to other comparable hotels we've stayed at in Greece. Good air conditioning,super clean property, AWESOME wifi...which was so important to us as we were on vacation but did still have meetings to complete. A big bonus compared to other spots.

What a fantastic holiday all thanks to all the staff of this wonderful hotel. From the minute we walked in the door everything was perfect. It's been a long time since I have been somewhere where every member of staff went above and beyond to give us an exceptional experience. No member coild be faulted but a few went that extra mile. The barman at the pool bar and the evening main barman were just brilliant as was niko at breakfast. The lady that serviced our room to such a high standard always had time to say hello.

Good hotel, AMAZING service.
The hotel was nice. On Apple Maps, it shows it’s on the beach side of the street as opposed to opposite of the beach. So keep in mind it’s about 200m away from the beach. It’s an older hotel with sufficient updates. The eating area and pool area were updated and quite nice. Our room was the older model but super clean and nice. Bathroom a bit cramped but fine. Comfortable beds. Room size is average. Balcony was a good size. Breakfast was great. Good selection and fresh. What really impressed me was the service - it was honestly outstanding from the front desk to the food manager… everything was super professional and cheerful without being fake. Grounds were kept really well. However, I think it was overpriced for what it was, especially since it’s not on the beach.

Bice hotel, with great staff
The staff were terrific. All very customer focused from Reception, Waiting staff, Pool area and Cleaning and Maintenance. The hotel is relatively small, the pool area very private and relaxed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice Sound was an issue, people going to their rooms late at night talking at full volume meant it carried all through the corridors. Dassia itself is a little disappointing, some small cosy restaurants but the beach area is small and dirty and the streets themselves could do with a clean uo.

All the staff had exceptional Customer service skills. Ari always greeted us with a smile every morning. Nikos greeted us on our arrival and assisted us with all our needs to make us comfortable after a very long journey . Andrea was always extremely engaging and full of tips and ideas. The facilities are clean and food of high standard. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Corfu .

What a delightful staffs and the hotel it’s perfect, absolutely spotless the staffs are so helpful/attentive and absolutely lovely. Everything you need is outside the hotel… taxi, bus to go to corfu town/old town the staff will help you with all the details and give you informations you need. There is a traveling guide outside the hotel for when you want to ride a horse in the beach to renting your own boat which we did and it was the best experience ever! Theres just so much more to do, I will recommend this hotel to everyone it’s just wonderful.

We had a fantastic week at Tryp. The staff were all outstanding- nothing was too much to ask, we were treated like royalty throughout. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Nice room, everything you can think of was there. Lovely pool and garden area too! We took our 1 yr old and they were so accomodating to her needs.

The staff were amazing. I don't think I've ever encounter such friendly and helpful staff. Andreas was a particular favourite. Public transport to get around the island was right outside the door and very convenient and easy to use. The property was clean and nice. It was nice to have an opening door and a balcony so as to not live in AC all the time. The only 'negative' was being at the front of the property facing onto the busy street. Since it was off-season and the hotel was not full it would have been preferable to have a room at the back that faced the pool and was a bit more quiet.

We could not fault this hotel. The location was brilliant. Bus 7 takes you straight to corfu town. nearby mini supermarkets and dining options. Staff are really welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Next door is a tourist agent which was amazing for excellent excursions. Highly recommended one of the best vip hotels with stayed with recommended by expedia.

Great service, all staff are really friendly and have amazing memories to make your stay as great as they can. Nice pool area and food/breakfast was tasty with lots of options and plenty whether you arrive at 9 or 11am. Best welcome to a hotel I have ever had, given multiple drinks including alcohol in reception free of charge and a 15 min sit down welcome. Really great location with a few shops and plenty of lovely restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend highly for a lovely stay in Dassia

Terrible Experience
Terrible! Andreas at the front desk is wonderful, but that’s about it as far as wonderful goes. I was fooled by the pictures, which show the renovated public areas. My standard room was so outdated and old! These rooms have not been renovated. The g do loot was filthy with hard and a plastic clothing tag holder, which shows that the floor was never vacuumed or cleaned. I showed Andreas. He moved me to another room. Just as old and dated with faded stained burgundy blankets and a stain on my bed sheet. Again, I pointed this out to Andreas. Later, I see mildew between the shower tiles and in the corners of the shower. I wore flip flop shoes in the shower. To make things worse, I woke up with bites of some sort all over my neck and other body parts! This is unacceptable! The place is deceiving. These standard rooms have not been renovated at all. I’m very disappointed. Far from town and $40 one way to airport. They gave me a nice welcome bottle of Prosecco and other little gifts. I stayed outside drinking th

Dear Anonymous good evening.I am sorry but your description does not reflect the reality nor the photo posted as simply mosquitos in September bite hard due to seasonal humidity if you do not use adequate products especially when they are also available for your comfort.Andreas has not confirmed any from your points. Furthermore if the situation was such (which was not) why you did not request to see the manager on duty or the general manager? Could the reason maybe be for you being aggressive with your review that you insisted by all means upon checking in to get a complimentary upgrade to a suite but we did not do so as other guests have booked this room category? You forgot to mention that you pointed out to Andreas the next day of your arrival how pleased you were with our breakfast, the pool area, the gardens, the cleanliness as well as overall hotel service. Andreas has moved you to another room with upgraded view and this is a standard procedure depending availability. Bottom line hundreds of international guests have already visited us this season and reviewed us in the most positive way.Not choosing the proper hotel for your liking is one thing but saying that you were deceived is serious and be aware that if needed we will proceed to all legal actions if you continue this path protecting amongst others our integrity.

Staff, service and food were top. Great pool with good pool bar. At the hotel you will find cars and scooters for rent as well as restaurants for food and supermarkets. The room we had was unfortunately small and noisy. Bathroom also relatively small.

The service was amazing and the rooms were well decorated, well kept and very clean. The breakfast had a great range of foods and there were many restaurants around that were good. I wish the staff had told me it was only €3 to use the bus to get to certain places instead of letting us get a €40 taxi

Greeted with Sparkling wine and personal explanation and services upon arrival. Great american breakfast with smoked salmon,.. Large garden and pretty pool area with parking lot behind. No access to public transportation that we are aware of, so one would need to have a car to stay here.. Services ware impeccable. Everyone including all the waiters and waitress were very attentive, all jumped immediately at any of our requests. Michael, our relationship manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he gave us information and recommendations on beaches, restaurants, sites, activities, which all turned out excellent. Good Wi-Fi, average sized bathroom with enough countertop space for personal toiletries, enclosed shower. Strong air conditioning that blows directly at the bed. The hotel is very well run. Bravo to the management.

Awful place. It’s summer in a Greek island, sunny days, and they close the pool at 6pm (sun sets after 9). Room service is never available, even during the day. Besides, the property is full with bees (I got a sting) and they don’t do anything about it. Important to mention: the floor on the rooms is very unsafe. I stepped on it with wet feet and immediately fell on the floor. My recommendation here is: stay out or this place. It’s a nightmare.
