"Room was not ready at check-in time when we arrived after 4:00. Returned to hotel around 7:30 and multiple people ahead of us were told their rooms were still not ready. Ridiculous if there’s a 4pm check-in time, but rooms still aren’t ready at almost 8pm. Evening staff was not very welcoming and came off as cold. Room was outdated, but overall clean. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet and the food was good. Morning staff at the front desk were very friendly. "

"Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the property seemed well maintained. However, the main issue was the noise. The walls seem to be very thin, and you can hear almost everything happening outside the room and in the neighboring rooms. It made it difficult to get a good night of sleep because of the constant noise. Another small issue was the shower. Every time it was used, it made a loud sound similar to a hot tea kettle or pressure noise, which was a bit strange and noticeable. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but the noise insulation and the plumbing noise in the shower could definitely be improved."

"If you’re okay with paying significant charges upon arrival because a reservation means nothing, by all means, stay here. If you need an accessible room or any specific bed types, do NOT. I reserved an accessible room only because it was the cheapest and I was trying to save some money. Upon arrival I was told that there were NO reserved rooms left. I could upgrade to a larger room but I’d have to pay a fee for the upgrade. They demanded $40 more to stay the night in a room reserved for walk-ins. Excuse me?? I told them that it’s not my fault they overbooked. I argued until he changed it to $25 but I am still angry. If I was disabled I would have been just out of luck, because there were no accessible rooms left. The guy at the counter did. Not. Care. First and last time I stay at a Red Roof Inn. For what I spent, I could have stayed somewhere much nicer with professional courtesy. "

"Our stay at AC Hotel was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we checked in, the front desk team was professional and welcoming. Our room was not only spotless but also incredibly cozy with a stunning city view. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the high-end shower. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards. We can’t wait to return!" "

"We killed a cockroach and the shower had was so broken, that it had water coming out everywhere. There was literally a puddle of water on the floor land well as a soaking wet toilet. ALL from that shower. The girl working the front desk was great. Very personable and friendly."
