When I asked for a copy of where it identified the additional charge, they weren't able to provide it and wouldn't reverse it. Staff was slow at check-in and rude when I asked for the $2.28 to be reversed. "

"Room was clean, but the bathroom is showing signs of decay. Staff is very attentive. It is right by a highway, so it can get noisy. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Rubbery bland eggs, stale hash browns, the pastries seemed as if they had been old, refrigerated and were very bland. Even the juices were bad."
