Green Meadow Park

Breakfast exceeded expectations and conveniently added to our bill. Air conditioning worked very well specially with the heat wave in Europe. Room was decent although not modern only maybe we just came off from a luxury cruise and not actually comparable. We got the right location for a hotel walkable to the main downtown for shopping and restaurants!!!!

Hotel was wonderful and the price was so reasonable. It was in the middle of a quaint fortress old town just a couple of blocks from the Rhine River. It was super close to the train station. It made us feel like we were living 10 centuries ago but yet the hotel was totally updated and very comfortable. Would love to go back.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is right next to the train station and yet not noisy, at least in the rooms facing the courtyard. Tramways are accessible from there to any destination. Their efforts to make it sustainable can also be praised, with a free refill of excellent mineral water when bringing one's bottle. Yet, overall, this hotel is overpriced. The rooms are not particularly large, and the breakfast is good but not exceptional. The main issue was their A/C, which was so noisy that we had to change rooms. The second one was slightly better, but not silent. In our humble opinion, it deserves three stars rather than four.
