"Our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 under 6yo) had a Great week at Kristin’s lake house! The house was immaculate, with a good layout- plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and great outdoor dining areas. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the dock (fishing, jumping off and swimming, and launching the kayaks). The location was amazing- the Sugar House is about a 5min walk and even faster kayak trip away (for Maple Creemee fans). Downtown Ludlow is a quick drive away for groceries and other necessities. Overall, we would give all the stars. I tried to book again for next summer, but the house is already booked!"

"Three bedroom, 2 full bath basement half bath with "teen lounge" (2 daybeds and a ping pong table) was a good home base for relaxing and taking excursions in the area. Dock for the 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available. Parking for 3 cars.Great star gazing during the Perseid meteor shower! Convenient to Ludlow, Plymouth, Okemo Mountain."

"My first verbo stay, the process was simple, everything went smoothly, the hosts were responsive and had a relaxed vibe, the cabin was exactly what we were looking for, there were more than ample supplies (everything from towels to toilet paper, life jackets to firewood) We had a great time!"

"The house was great for a family getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for day excursions. The lake was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the canoe. Although there was access, swimming from the lakeside wasn't ideal because of all the lilypads (which were gorgeous!). We would stay again!"

"We had a great stay at this home and would definitely recommend it to others. It was a great fit for our family group of eight, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The outdoor deck and backyard were especially nice gathering spots, and we spent a lot of time enjoying them.The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provided lots of helpful information before and during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, and we appreciated that the house was generously stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and bathroom essentials.The location was convenient, just a short distance from Lake Rescue. While the property itself doesn't have lake access, that wasn't an issue for us since we were visiting family nearby with a lake house. We also highly recommend a visit to nearby Buttermilk Falls—it was one of the highlights of our trip.A couple of things to be aware of: the carpeting is a bit dated, and the living room sofa has seen better days. Also, there are quite a few stairs leading from the driveway up to the house, so guests with mobility concerns or lots of heavy luggage should plan accordingly.Overall, these were minor issues compared to the many positives. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this home to other families visiting the Ludlow area."

"What a perfect Vermont home. There was plenty of space for our large group to spend time all together. The location of the home was so good- just a few minutes to maple creemees, Echo Lake, Buttermilk Falls and Okemo. The home was clean and had a great amount of cooking items for a crowd as well as other supplies you may need.Phil communicated quickly and was helpful. We would highly recommend this property, we had a wonderful trip."
