"Smells like cigarettes and weed"

"GHETTO ! We booked a regular room but when we went to go put our stuff in it , it reeked of cigarettes so we went back to tell the front desk. They gave us a new room and the same thing, it smelled horrible. I went to go tell the front desk AGAIN and he said there was nothing he could do. He could give us a Suite but it would be 30$ more. The property was filled with homeless people. I was weary about leaving my car there. It did not feel safe and when we were checking out the next morning there...

"Nice and peaceful stay"

"After having my employees stay multiple times over the past few weeks, my employee was asked to remove items from the premises as the front desk stated I hadn’t paid the last three times they stayed. I booked through Expedia so that is impossible as I always pay up front and not at the property"

"I would like to see more staff at the front desk. Several times we tried to get in touch with someone, no one around."
