  • Private studio apartment over garage. Walk around garage on stepping stones which lead to a beautiful courtyard complete with fire pit and outdoor grill. Private entrance to Studio from courtyard. Family friendly community only minutes from Elon University. King size bed and queen futon mattress if extra accommodations are needed. Kitchenette area has stove, microwave, and small refrigerator. Bathroom located downstairs with double shower. Recently remodeled in 2016. Electric baseboard heat and a/c window unit to set to your own comfort.

Please leave wet towels in bathroom. Queen Futon sleeps 2 Sheets on side of futon. Separate heat and A/C unit for your comfort.
Please put all trash in recycle bin or trash bin outside when departing. Trash pickup is weekly on Wednesday.
All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval before they become final. This will occur within 48 hours of the booking.
